Jon H.Juan was recommended by our Air Conditioning guy Al. We figured since Al was nice, he would recommend a nice electrician. Unfortunately Juan was rude to my wife, lied about how much he would charge us, didn't show up when he said he would, and when I called him out on it he couldn't care less. I don't mind paying more for someone who is going to be honest, do what he says he's going to do, and treat people with respect. Also, he wanted to charge an extra 5% for paying with a card, and did not mention that before he got to the house, so we basically forced to scramble to find cash in order to pay for his service fee. Who does that in 2017?
