Joe and his team were terrific. I requested him to come out 2 separate times for different circuits that were having issues. One of them was a problem cause an outlet was not initially wired correctly which was causing a problem downstream. The other was a bad breaker that was intermittently working. He responded very quickly and came out the same day the first time and within a day for the second time. The price is very reasonable as well since I was getting some outrageous quotes from another electric company in the area that was also offering unnecessary work to be done inside the electrical panel. Go with JR Sexton and you'll be pleased.

Had a great experience with the team at JR Sexton. I discovered live wires in my home that were hidden beneath the walls and needed to get it remedied asap. I reached out to a handful of electricians in the area and Paul replied within the hour offering to come out the next day in the morning. I was given a 1-hour window and they showed up on time and were able to resolve my issue in an hour and a half. The pricing was fair and Paul even went out of his way to ensure that everything was as promised. Excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

The power to our home went out today and after Edison confirmed it wasn't an outage and the maintenance staff at our mobile home park weren't answering, we didn't know what to do. After trying the circuit breakers a few times, I started calling around trying to get someone out to help.

Most people weren't responding or wanted to charge a high rate to just come out and troubleshoot since it was a Saturday night. While they weren't able to physically come out to our home due to a personal injury, he was kind enough to help us troubleshoot over phone and with text images for no charge. It was with this help that we were able to eliminate many possibilities and eventually figured out what the issue was and we restored our power. Overall a great experience and will definitely reach out again if we have future issues.
