Scheduled J Owen Electric for a few outlets installed in the garage, scheduling was easy online, sent him also a few pics of where I wanted the outlets, he quoted me based on those, they were on time, did great work, left everything clean, Jerrus and Gabe did an excellent job and I would 100% recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jerrus and Gabe do great work and are very friendly and trustworthy. They were able to troubleshoot an electrical problem in my 1915 era home and went above and beyond by fixing a shorted socket on my antique chandelier. They also installed a new electrical outlet for my porch. Love the online scheduling too. As a bonus both guys have a great attitude and competitive rates. I highly recommend!

The owner came out quickly to do the estimate. I had a ceiling fan installed, the technician showed up on time, covered everything in the room which minimizes cleanup, he was friendly and quick about completing the work and vacuumed after. I really liked being able to book the appointment on their website.

Having spent an exasperating year chasing contractors and handymen who never return calls (let alone show up), Jerrus was a very bright spot in a dark time. He did all that was asked in record time, never failed to keep his word, and offered up great ideas. If you call him in an emergency, you will be treated to professionalism and work ethic that is virtually unheard of in these times. I'll never use anyone else.

If I could give the company 10 stars, I would. First, online appointment setting was awesome. I was able to book a window for the appointment and the owner Jerrus came out on time. He called to let me know he was on his way.

The problem I had was a fried bus bar in the breaker box. This problem caused a small fire in the box. Thankfully the main breaker tripped preventing further damage.

The A/C breaker was fried yet was still delivering only 210 volts to my A/C unit, below the necessary 240v. He went to two places to search for the part that fit my box and found the bus bar and the Quad breaker that was needed.

He removed the bus bar, all the breakers, installed the new bus bar and the new breaker. When he finished, he double checked the 240 voltage was coming through to the A/C service disconnect box and verified that our A/C was working again, and it was!

While I could have went through my home warranty, I was truly impressed with Jerrus and would have rather done business with him than the slow home warranty company and gamble that they would send out somebody who was reputable.

I highly recommend J Owen!! Thank you!!!
