Steev W.Initially they responded right away and came out to inspect the job. The inspection went well and we set up an appointment and time for the work to be done. Day of the appointment they never showed up or even called. I tried contacting them but got no response - I guess the company is doing so well they dont need the work. Either way JO Electric clearly does not respect their clients or their clients time. Definitely would not recommend, take your business to another electrician.
