Our family recently purchased a jacuzzi over the summer. We were immediately advised to reach out to John to prepare for delivery. John came out the next day and I told him my overall vision with our purchase. He listened and gave us many options to enhance the jacuzzi and our backyard! Once we completed the wiring for the jacuzzi we then worked on our yard lights. John was phenomenal with helping us with our vision. He also brought in other resources to help us build our deck. We can honestly say the project was a success due to his assistance!

We were putting in a spa and needed to add a junction box. John showed up with two of his sons. He installed the pre wiring for the spa and stated he would return to hook up the spa once it arrived. Once the spa arrived it was supposed to be a quick and easy setup. He hooked it up and it did not work. He confirmed there was power going to the spa. The problem was with the mother board of the spa. At this point he could have left and had the manufacturer come fix the problem.

John took the mother board of the spa off and read the schematic. He could see that there were some wires that appeared to be in the wrong location. He called the manufacturer to confirm. The wrong wiring caused one of three fuses to blow. Fuses are not a standard part electricians carry around. John went to Home Depot and bought fuses. He came back and again got on the phone with the manufacturer. After blowing two more fuses he determined there was another wiring error on the mother board. He was able to correct the errors and get my spa running.

A job that should have taken 30-45 minutes ended up taking over three hours. He was on the phone with the manufacturer numerous times trying to locate the wiring issues. He had to cancel his afternoon appointments to complete the job. John took the time to find the problem and fix the problem. I am sure that many other electricians would have left and made me call the manufacturer to fix their mistake. John Thomas went way above and beyond to make sure he completed the job. I rarely see this type of work ethic. I asked him how much more he was going to charge based on the length of time it took to complete. He told me it was not my fault and it would not be right to charge me. He followed up a few days later to make sure everything was running correctly.

I was not only impressed with his work ethic but also how he was teaching his sons lessons along the way. I can not say enough kind words about the time he took to get the job done.

I'm still waiting for the quote in writing promised nearly 2 weeks ago that needed to be done by Dec 31st so it could be written off on 2020 taxes. He gave me a quote over the phone from photos he had me send him
and never came to look at the actual job. I messaged countless times and called several times with NO response.
I posted this same review on his Face Book sponsored advertisement but I'm sure he will remove it from there.

This company came highly recommended on Yelp, so maybe if they actually show up their work is decent. I spoke with them on the phone on Tuesday. They said that they would juggle some things around and make it out to my home at the end of the day on Friday. They asked me to text my address to two phone numbers, which I did. I started texting and calling on Thursday and thru Friday to find out what time they would be there. They never returned a call or text and never showed. Meanwhile, we were depending on them to show up as our AC is out due to an electrical issue. The AC service tech recommended we get an electrician to look at it. Do not depend on this company to show up.
