My patio slider door became very hard to open or close. Called Upon J & JG Screen and Glass
Joel and his son arrived at the correct time, within a very short time they had door out and showed me the totally worn out rollers. They installed new ones and now the door is pinkie finger open/close. Thx Joel

Called 2x and sent emails when I finally did get a return call they were supposed to come by give me an estimate and call me back. That never happened. I would like to spend my money in the town I live in but I will now give it to someone else.

Dan assisted me in ordering the channel balances I needed for my bedroom window. He called me when they came in and showed me how to replace my existing balances and install the new ones. Piece of cake when you have an expert show you how to do it. Thanks again Dan for your help. It's great to have a window that opens and closes without a fight.

My Mom's sliding glass door had become impossible for her to open or close, after speaking to some of her neighbors we decided to call J & J Glass & Screen,
Joel and Dan knew exactly what our problem was, Dan explained in detail some of the design defects of our door and how over time these defects caused the problem.
J & J Glass & Screen have developed a process to modify the door and also using upgraded door wheels with sealed bearings and replacing the floor track with one made of billet aluminum they saved us the cost of replacing the door ( good old American know how if you ask me).
All the work was done in short order and on site, now the door works better than new.

Joel did a fantastic job in customizing specially cut glass for 2 pairs of antique sconces I had. In addition he specially cut and fitted out a glass piece on antiques lamp that we thought could not be fixed. Quality and customer service at its best!!!!

I'm fairly new to Lincoln , I'm so glad I found this place! I've been here three times already for cutting mirrors and glass replacements . I have a few screens that need to be replaced as well and I will be returning once again. The staff is always very nice. I highly recommend this establishment..

After taking a few neighbors' suggestions on who to go to, to fix our window screen, we found this place! The other place we were suggested was much too expensive. This is a small family owned business and they are efficient, economical and super courteous.

After living in our home for almost thirteen years now, it's starting to show it's age. One of the things showing ware is our window screens. We only needed about five windows done. Hubby took the frames on Friday and we picked them up on Monday. Good as new! The best thing about it? The price!! They charged only ten dollars per window screen! The guy working said they are slow right now, hence the speedy turn around. If you need glass or window screens replaced, I suggest you give them a call, we're glad we did!

Who said customer service was dead in this country? What an awesome company!!! Replaced a window section for me and built a new screen. Price was awesome and the whole process with ordering the glass was hassle free. They were constantly in touch with me and were here when they said they would be. Owner is a great guy and very professional.. Had the window in in 20 minutes. couldn't be happier with these guys and it's a family run business. They have just earned a life long customer.
