This contractor caused numerous delays in the wiring and installation of electrical fixtures in our new home. When they were called to address a home warranty issue we were billed for a service call. This business should not be relied on to do prompt or accurate work and is uncaring toward their customers. I had called in the warranty issue to the builder, because I am recovering from prostate cancer surgery and could not attempt repairs. In spite of this and a full discussion of the delays and shoddy work that was done in the home, the owner billed me anyway.

They were AMAZING! We called with a scary situation. They came right out, were very through and explained everything. Determined it was an issue with power coming to our house. Jim actually called the electric company and explained the situation and the detailed results he had found. The electric company came out and fixed something on their pole and we've had no problems since. How refreshing to have quick excellent service delivered with smiles and a friendly attitude.
