E W.Very professional in the beginning with proposals for two jobs, which we signed. One of these jobs was estimated/signed proposal after I sent a photo of our electrical panel - their request instead of looking at it in person. Should have been a red flag and I learned my lesson. When a portion of the work did not pass inspection, more work was done on the electrical panel, with no proposal and no talk of more cost. After this work to pass inspection, then came the call about more money due. Unacceptable. I wrote a written complaint and got no response.
