Robby and Jose helped us out today by diagnosing and fixing a power outage we were having in part of our kitchen. They were professional, personable, and clearly knew their stuff. They quickly fixed the problem and both explained what happened and gave us recommendations for long term solutions. We will call this company again!

Excellent experience with Joe Casillas Electric! All of them had a fantastic attitude from the beginning compared to the others I got quotes from for my electrical work. The workers showed up early for the job, worked efficiently and quickly. I found their rates to be really good on the initial project.

They found other work that needed to be done which I wasn't counting on having to pay for, but I knew it needed to be done sooner or later anyway. They were so professional and nice that it made something that isn't fun a pleasure and they made sure I was satisfied with everything they did before they left.

I've hired Joe Casillas Electric for many projects inside and outside our home. He has delivered quality and affordable prices until the last project installing a GFCI in the front of our house. He sent over an employee, Dave on August 15, 2017. Firat of all, his work was very unsatisfactory. He also overcharged us $2550 for the 1/2 day job he did. Upset, I called Joe Casillas, owner and asked why the cost was so much compared to another job another one of his employees did for us in the backyard installing a GFCI in September 20, 2016. Both projects were 35 feet away from the power source they connected them to for $675. Joe came over to inspect Dave's job and was very hostile to me. I told my husband about the incident and he called Joe. Joe agreed then it was an overcharge and offered to return to us a check for $1175 by end of September 2017. We text messaged Joe several times since that date and his responses were that the check is in the mail. As of October 24,2017 we've sent a letter to Joe certified and he has not responded. Next step is Small Claims to try to retrieve the refund Joe promised and to have the judge her our story. The man Joe Casillas aka J Casillas Electrical, Inc is a very hostile dishonest person.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am to get an estimate for some Electrical work. He called me at 9:30 and told me he would be there in an hour. When I told him that 10:30 wouldn't work and we had an appointment at 9:30 he told me to find another person to do the work and hung up on me. Wasted time waiting for him to arrive, and when I questioned him on why he waited till 9:30 to tell me he'd be an hour late, he just hangs up on me. If that's the way he treats people before he gets a customer and gets paid, I can't imagine how he would respond after he's already been paid.

Quick, easy and fairly priced. It was obvious Jose was very experienced in this type of installs. And he did a great job and made 0 mess. I'm completely happy with the job he did.

Joe gave us an estimate in a timely manner. His team was quick to come out and do the work. When additional work needed to be done, Joe came out to verify himself that it was a must. They quickly got the part and came back to do the work. They did not exceed their quote and did a great job on the work done. I would call them again if I had an electrical issue.

When you can get them to show up, they do great work. The problem I have is that I've scheduled with them and twice now two and three day notice on my part , and the morning of, they call and tell me they cant make it. If your in business and schedule appointments, you keep them at all cost. I'll not use them again. Good workers, Terrible schedulers.
