Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am to get an estimate for some Electrical work. He called me at 9:30 and told me he would be there in an hour. When I told him that 10:30 wouldn't work and we had an appointment at 9:30 he told me to find another person to do the work and hung up on me. Wasted time waiting for him to arrive, and when I questioned him on why he waited till 9:30 to tell me he'd be an hour late, he just hangs up on me. If that's the way he treats people before he gets a customer and gets paid, I can't imagine how he would respond after he's already been paid.

Joe gave us an estimate in a timely manner. His team was quick to come out and do the work. When additional work needed to be done, Joe came out to verify himself that it was a must. They quickly got the part and came back to do the work. They did not exceed their quote and did a great job on the work done. I would call them again if I had an electrical issue.

When you can get them to show up, they do great work. The problem I have is that I've scheduled with them and twice now two and three day notice on my part , and the morning of, they call and tell me they cant make it. If your in business and schedule appointments, you keep them at all cost. I'll not use them again. Good workers, Terrible schedulers.

Needed a new circuit installed for an over the range microwave I remodeled in to my kitchen. I had extra room in my breaker for additional circuits. These guys were awesome about providing a quote and the work. They gave me a price that beat out the other 3 companies I had called and they repaired drywall which none of the other electric companies offered. The drywall repair was spot on perfect! Plus they came out to fix something that wasn't even their fault. I had a 20amp breaker for the dryer but needed a 30. The 20 was already installed prior to them coming out but after calling them back and asking what it would cost to change it to a 30, they came out and installed a for free! I would highly recommend them to anyone as I'm picky for quality of work and their service was excellent!

JC did a great job. I asked them to wire and connect a 120 sq ft external studio to the power of my home. They found multiple ways to help save money in the process, by finding things that I could do myself (primarily manual labor) safety was a primary concern but quality was second to none.

I hired JC Electric for an EV charger installation in my garage. They came out same day and gave me a quote to run an outlet approximately 40 feet away from my breaker, remove the old circuit breaker, put in a new one, and upgrade the main breaker from 100 to 125 amps. They did a great job, the charger works perfectly, and I am a completely satisfied customer.
