I have not had service from them yet but will write a review when I do , if I do. I just called for an appointment with them today but it was already after hours so I am hoping that maybe tomorrow they will get back with me and be able to help me with my electrical problems in my RV fifth wheel. Unlike the previous reviews, I received good professional service from both the Itz Electricians and Itz HVAC team. Itz reworked numerous switches for me, installed LED wafer lights, upgraded kitchen exhaust line, installed a behemoth kitchen hood and a mini-split. They were friendly and fair priced. The hubby and I were both happy with the work. We did have to wait for them to fit us into their schedule as they have lots of commercial business but this was explained up front and we were not in a hurry and there were also delays on my end. The ladies who run the business office are super too. We will definitely call them back when we renovate our bathrooms next year.

Horrible experience, never been treated so rudely in my life. Call center agents will actually curse at you and the owner doesn't give a damn about that or anything else you might have to say. If you complain about anything, even if you say it as sweetly and politely as you possibly can, they will snap at you and curse! Absolutely shocking and appalling behavior!
