Having spent 20 years in the software industry, owner Jim Noll developed expertise in client relations and market trends. Seeing a gap in home automation, Jim sought to support customers bridge the divide between the advertised features of various products and the actual experiences of users, which were often disappointing.
Traditional home automation solutions tended to be proprietary, difficult to operate, and utilized inefficient interfaces that provided minimal adaptability and adjustment.
Recent advancements in smart devices, portable devices, networking technologies, and the explosion of the internet have opened up a new opportunity to actually realize the expected benefits of home automation—streamlining and protecting your home, all to better your daily living.
