I am super impressed with the work done on my home by Isom Electric in Anderson, SC. The office staff, crew leader and crew were so very pleasant to work with. The work was done safely, correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. The crew leader brought some electricians in training. I was thrilled to see the next generation get hands on training. The crew leader and crew were so very polite. They identified my problems, explained the process, performed the work quickly and they were the most polite folks I've ever worked with. I am utterly amazed and can't say enough good things about this company.

My wife and I needed someone quickly to come out and install approximately 15 new fixtures and fans in a house we were renovating. Isom Electric was able to accommodate our schedule and did the work quickly and extremely professional. They left the house cleaner than it was when they went in.

On a separate project for a home my wife and I were flipping for resale Isom Electric came in and rewired the home as well as install a new panel as this was a 50+ year old home. They were extremely great at problem solving and helping accomplish a great final product that will help this home sell in the future.

For both of these projects Isom was below the budget that I had set for them and they really went over the top with quality and making sure our schedule was met. For both of these projects the on site guys over communicated with me to let me know of the progress and any additional information that I would need to know.

The staff at Isom are the best! They go above and beyond to provide great service. I have called from my cell phone and decided not to leave a message and they still called me back by caller id just because they seen they had missed my call. They come out and provide service in a fast and professional manner every time I call them. Craig and his staff are all great! The employees are all courteous and keep me informed as they work and if they have to leave to run get more parts they always let me know. I am thankful to have a company that I can rely on.

I contacted Isom Electric, and Meriam set up an appointment to obtain a quote for a kitchen lighting upgrade. She was very friendly and professional. Ten minutes before the appointment, on a day which my wife altered our baby's nap schedule and I got home early from work, the owner of the company left a voice mail and said he'd be about an hour late. We waited for that hour and many more, and we are still waiting for someone to show up. We got the impression that our little residential project was more of a nuisance than anything else for Isom Electric. We'll be contacting another business to which we'll try again to give our money.

Having bought a Lake Hartwell home, I needed a dock electrical inspection performed and paperwork filled out for the Corps of Engineers dock permit application.

I was able to get an appointment about ten days after I'd contacted Isom, and they were very good in communicating when to expect the technician. Nathan was right on time and the inspection went very smoothly.

Super-fast turnaround The next morning, I received the checklist and diagram via email.

Just be aware that their advertised price is for local/nearby inspections and if you're further away there may be an additional charge.
