I can't say enough good about Irish Electric. I was referred to them by two friends who don't know each other. In fact, as I pulled up at my house to meet Paul Simpson, one of the principals, I was trying to get off the call with one friend by saying I had to meet the electrician when he said, ""You'll regret not also getting an estimate from Irish Electric.""

That sold me. Paul and his nephew Dalton are real electricians, schooled in the Old World ways of Ireland and as honest and hardworking as the day is long.

My home is 65 years old and a hodge podge of remodeling, add-ons and questionable fixes over the years, and Irish Electric got it all untangled, identified hazardous problems, and got everything back to a high standard.

I'm throwing away the contacts for all other electricians. These guys are the best. Skilled. Honest. They'll stay until the problem is fixed. And fair pricing. What else do you want?

Great family owned business with both Simpsons (Uncle and nephew) giving you your best bang for your buck. Irish electric prices are beyond reasonable. I had two EV charging stations installed with them at two different locations and it didn't break the bank. Paul also helped me get a certification with the city for both chargers.

I met Paul at my workplace and asked if he could help me. They came the same day I asked on the phone. Paul came with his nephew D and told me that the person who did my kitchen wiring before I brought the place, it could cause a fire and surprised my microwave didn't blow up. Two of my outlets were blowing up stuff I plug in. Apparently not grounded and powered twice as much than needed. They had to replace outlets that were not in regulations with the kitchen standards. It cost me $300 and it took them two hours to fit the problem. Got a good review from a coworker from them and glad to have them in my house.

We were planning to install an HVAC system to our home and our current panel was outdated and insufficient. We were told by a friend (who was a newbie electrician) we needed a lot of rewiring and a new panel for about $5k.

We were referred to Irish Electric and Paul came out, evaluated everything and told us we didn't need a new panel, just some tweaking on the old one and a few outlets re-wired. We were very impressed by his personality , honesty and beyond believable cost to perform the job compared to our friends' quote.

We were able to get what was needed done for a fraction of the cost we expected which proves Paul's decades of experience is an invaluable asset in his expertise in configuring a solution to our electrical problems.

I highly recommend Irish Electric for any electrical needs and will definitely call upon Paul in the future for any upcoming projects!

THE OWNER, PAUL SIMPSON, IS ONE SUPER GUY!

For months I've been trying to get the LOCK off my bikes to no avail. One day, after a couple of neighbors told me the lock was broken and they didn't have bolt cutters, I was partially out of the driveway when I saw Paul and his associate going to their truck almost in front of my house. Long story short . . . I asked Paul if he had bolt cutters. He said ""no, but what is the problem?"" I explained the problem and he came in with another tool, severed the cable on the bikes in just a minute.

So o o, nice. So helpful. Next time I have an electrical type problem, I will definitely call Paul because he was so very helpful. And, yes, I'll tell my friends!
