Very promptly submitted a professional and competitive bid. Scheduled me for the following week. Install was flawless and done in one day. Oscar and and Sergei were a fantastic team. They deserve the ranking! From initial contact with scheduling through the completion of the job, each IRBIS person was professional, competent and direct in answering my questions, comparing alternatives, etc. Hugo and his colleague who did the install continued in the same vein.

Additionally, their operation is modern! By that I mean they utilize today's technologies to inform/remind you of appointments, schedules, invoices, etc.

Found Irbis on Yelp and they deserve their 5-star rating. Our 4 year old Carrier heating system suddenly stopped working. Irbis sent out a service person the next day and solved the problem. Communication was excellent and the serviceman arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He thoroughly tested our system and thermostat. It turned out it was nothing more than a loose wire that needed tightening down. There was no pressure to upsell or replace parts that didn't need any changing, which is exactly what one would hope for in an honest company. As a result, if and when something goes wrong in the future, we will definitely call Irbis again. Their communication technology is also very good. Messages, confirmations and follow-ups were all clear and timely. They even sent a full bio on the serviceman before he arrived which was very comforting as its nice to know something about the stranger who is coming into your home. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you.

Although they were not able to fix our furnace they put a lot of effort into trying to figure it out. Very responsive and great at communicating once on site. Will definitely use them again when we need to.

Our old gas furnace broke down, and we decided to replace it with a heat pump. Irbis did an excellent, super professional job. We have an older home with some electrical and HVAC quirks, so the job was not entirely straightforward. The Irbis team was ""on it"" from our initial inquiry to a completed job, and we are extremely happy with the result. At a reasonable price too. A+. Highly recommended.

These guys really came through. We had an extremely complicated installation - third floor of our home, busy downtown street, tough city to get any renovations done in, etc. We had quite a few hiccups in the process as unexpected challenges arose, but Irbis handled them like true professionals. When our crane was unexpectedly unable to access the unit, the guys actually disassembled it and carried it up two flights of stairs one piece at a time - talk about dedication. This was a job that it would have been very easy for them to bail on, but they knew how important it was to us (we were expecting a baby any day!) and at the end of the day were able to bring our newborn home to a perfectly functioning HVAC system. I can't even describe how grateful I am, or how highly I recommend Irbis. True professionals who went above and beyond.

We had an issue with our AC condensation drain line so we had them come out and assess the problem. Kenneth was very professional throughout and gave me detailed explanation of the issue, as well as walked me through several options.

After the initial assessment, we decided to go with them to do the actual repair. Unfortunately, this was just around the time we had the really bad heatwave so it ended up taking a few of weeks just to even get it scheduled, and communication was slow. This was understandable given the likely high demand, but also quite frustrating. However, they themselves acknowledged the slow communication and, unprompted, offered a generous discount on the invoice. Once the work began, they ran into some unexpected roadblocks, but they were able to come up with a solution that ended up costing us less than the originally planned work too. That's great customer service!

I'm a new home owner and needed to have my AC repaired and maintained especially during the summer with my 10 month old son. William was exceptional in being honest and came out to repair my AC and came out a few months later for maintenance. Great job.
