Access to our furnace is not easy as it's in the ceiling accessed through a panel over a stairwell. Technician found a way to navigate and complete the maintenance in less than an hour. didnt have our model filters but returned earlier than promised.

We just moved into a new house and the thermostat wasn't working, the HOA scheduled us irbis, they sent us a reminder and called to verify the date and time.
Daniel the owner was very polite and used booties for our carpets, he checked our system and he explained to us what was the problem. Solved it in 20 minutes. Very recommend proffesional.

IRBIS HVAC was great. They were professional, informative and very responsive (phone/text/email). Tim and Emil answered all my questions prior to my appointment and provided a breakdown of the work and cost. They also had appointment reminders and tracking of technician's arrival on the day of appointment.

Oleg initially came (with mask and shoe covers) for maintenance on my furnace and a second time to replace my filter grille and install a Nest thermostat. He explained everything done and provided helpful information.

IRBIS was very responsive and completed the job efficiently. We noticed a hole in a 1st floor duct on a Friday and needed it repaired quickly. IRBIS was the only company that could come out within 1 business day. Their technician came Monday morning, went into the crawl space and found that rats had invaded the area and had chewed through most of the old ducts. He recommended replacing all 6 ducts and gave me 3 options for taking care of the problem. I agreed to a reasonably priced option to replace all 6, and the scheduler gave me a call. He said they schedule two weeks out but he was able to squeeze me in within a couple days and the job was completed by 5pm on Thursday that same week. What seemed like a huge problem was resolved quickly and we have clean air again. Thank you IRBIS!

Big shout out to David who came out to our home today after a week with no heat! We had issues hearing back from other companies but Irbis was prompt in their communication and timely in their scheduling and arrival for work! David was courteous, professional and thorough - and even after a slight issue that was on the part of our home warranty company - they worked quickly to get us a prompt solution. Knowing that we likely only have limited time before we need to replace the furnace, I wouldn't hesitate to reach back out again to give them the job. Thanks David!

My experience with IRBIS HVAC was great !

The furnace was making a high pitch noise, so I called around to get some estimates. IRBIS HVAC was amongst the companies that had better estimates but the only company that had an availability on the same day.

They were very responsive via phone/text and I was able to get an appointment within minutes of calling in. The technician they sent over, Oleg, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with our furnace within 10min.

After agreeing to the estimate cost of the repairs they ordered the replacement parts and scheduled a follow-up appointment within days. Now I have heat !

I contacted IRBIS HVAC when I needed a mini split system installed. Everything about them was completely professional. Everyone was wearing a mask and kept their distance.
After the installation I looked at the work and it was quality stuff.
