We had an emergency where the heater thought it was running, but it was not, and it was in the middle of our very cold spell! They were the 3rd shop I called to leave a message - as I knew everybody was *very* busy. They called back immediately after I left my message, and booked us for 2 days away - their soonest appointment. About 15 minutes later they called again: they had been able to postpone a non-emergency visit, and could be to our house in half an hour!!

Kenny showed up just as they said, bright and cheerful, discovered the loose connection right away, and got the heater running! I asked him to check the rest of the unit, and could he possibly take a look at the ducts under the house? He happily suited up and went down to our damp, dank, unpleasant crawl space - where the sump pump guy said we would need to have the ducts repaired or replaced! - but we had not been able to get on the calendar for our previous heating company.

We got a thorough estimate, with plenty of pictures (ugh it is a mess down there, and really needs cleaning up!) We are meeting with their comfort specialist next week to talk about the possibility of switching to an electric heat pump - which would be great, as we have plenty of solar panels, but no electric car to use the power! We will get the ducts fixed either way, as they are good for either set up.

I have really enjoyed scheduling and talking with the office and their guys (my daughter and I both want to be there to learn about the heat pump, and our schedules are challenging!) - totally upfront, polite and helpful! And I learned that ""irbis"" means ""snow leopard"" where the owner is from - and the pic is right there on their trucks!

So glad I picked these folks to call!

Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and I called around to shops Monday morning. IRBIS Got back to me quickly and was able to schedule a technician to diagnose the problem on Wednesday. The technician was very professional and diagnosed a bad control board. Fortunately they had the part in stock in the warehouse, but unfortunately because it was right before the holidays they would not be able to make it out until the following week. I had family coming into town and pleaded with them to fix it before the weekend. They were able to make it happen and the same technician came out the next morning and installed it. The cost was very reasonable and the work was top-notch. I was so grateful they were willing to make changes to get the job done sooner. I would highly recommend.

Raymond visited our home to provide a free estimate and went over several options for me to choose. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me to equipment that I don't need yet, but put together a solution that will allow me to add a heat pump later when I'm ready. Oscar and Jonathan did a fantastic job disassembling my old heater, removed it from the attic crawl space, and installed the new Carrier unit in its place. They arrived on time and worked fast and professionally. They put down tarps to protect the carpet and floors, and wore booties and masks while indoors. The job was completed in less than a day. Highly recommended company, estimator, and installation crew! Thank you all!

Raymond provided me with a quote and Eric and Robert performed the work, which was amazing! They were able to come early and replace my whole system. I was home the entire time on a video call and have a dog who likes to roam inside and outside. They were extremely accommodating, were considerate with noise and my dog, and took great care of the house while they worked. Overall extremely satisfied with the work. Took special care to add a new drain line properly so it wouldn't be an eyesore, which took extra work and planning. Just above and beyond.

We were looking to improve our indoor air quality with a pre-existing HVAC system and decided to get a quote through IRBIS. From start to finish they were professional, quick to respond, and reasonable in the cost. Travis came over for the estimate and provided us with options and helped explain what would work, with no pressure on which option we selected. Oscar, Jonathan, and Eric handled the install and followed all covid safety protocols and did a great job with the install.

We had a twenty year old furnace and condenser that was improperly installed by the previous homeowner. Also, both units were the incorrect size for the home. Irbis provided several quote packages to chose from which makes it doable if you are on a budget. They also gave some recommendations which is always helpful. Irbis communicated effectively with us about arrival times, how long the project would take. The technicians Eric, Roberto, and Oscar did a great install and cleanup job. We couldn't tell that they were there. After completion, they explained how to use the Echobee, showed us the different aspects of the furnace and condenser, and what was replaced and why. Seregei came by towards the end of day to complete the project if the install was not done. We really appreciate the tag team effort to get the job done. All four were super friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My old duct needed replacement, air distribution is bad causing hot and cold spots between rooms and throughout the house. I contacted IRBIS back in April and I got scheduled for May because they were booked through the month.
The Bad: I was disappointed to receive a call right on the appointed day about re-scheduling it due to a personal emergency. It wasn't until after a couple of days following up with them and I finally got a confirmed date.
The Good: There is no charge for their visit, inspection and consultation. This is a plus for me! I am especially delighted by the very good job completed by Ian and Kenny. They were courteous and safe, keeping us updated of the job in progress, tested, adjusted, and cleanup after their work, including fixing a minor mishap with our closet ceiling. I would use and recommend them again.

I engaged IRBIS for a quote for adding central air at my home.
They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and provided 3 different options.
I got quotes from 4 different vendors and IRBIS was the not highest or lowest but very detailed which made me comfortable that there would not be surprises during the job.
Once the job was schedule, the team showed up on time and got the work done fast.
We asked IRBIS to change a few things once the job got started and they were very accommodating.
I also wanted to point out that I accidentally blew a fuse on the furnace and though they were not responsible, helped me get that resolved.
I am very happy with the quality of work and IRBIS was great to work with.
I would hire them again if I had additional HVAC needs.
