The whole experience from start to finish was great. It was easy to get a hold of someone to set up an appointment and to get a quote. Ryan was awesome to work with. He was very accommodating with my schedule. He helped fix a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. He also mentioned that there was a 6 month warranty on the work. I would highly recommend!

Out of all the times my oven has to break, right before Thanksgiving Day! I called IRBIS on the Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving and they called back in a reasonable time and scheduled us an appointment for that Monday also gave us a reasonable quote. They came ordered a needed part & had it fixed by Wednesday morning! Everyone we spoke to and dealt with were very pleasant and professional. They kept use notified on everything via text which was very nice and worked well for us. Needless to say, Thank you Tim for not only fixing our oven but for saving our Thanksgiving!

Good and prompt service. They quoted me $60 for the diagnostic fee but did not mention it was per device. However representative was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Most Diagnostics are charged per equipment, FYI/FYSA.

I had their service for my rental property last week. The response time was fast and service was excellent. Notification was sent to both email and text. I was very happy thus I asked them to come to my house to change filter today. It turned out the filter was not too dirty and didn't need to be replaced. Ryan was very honest and polite and only charged a minimum fee. Very happy customers!

Tim and his admin team were amazing! I cannot say enough.

Context :: My warranty company cancelled on my late last night (after I had waited a week for them to come and repair my heater - 40 degrees inside with a sick daughter) - I was beyond frustrated.

I texted with Elly and team the evening I found out about the cancellation (Thursday at 5pm) and they helped me by asking me to take a few pictures of the furnus so that they could be best prepared to help during the appointment. Within 24 hrs, Tim was here and had fixed the problem in under a 45 minute service call. He also re-attached my thermostat to the wall because it was loose. Beyond the call of duty. Really really appreciate their work.

I had an amazing experience with IRBIS, they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours late in the day. They used very good notification system and were very quick to respond to my texts. The best of all was their nice tech Tim who took care of the heater short circuit problem in no time and was reasonable with the repair cost.
