IRBIS just completed a replacement of our heating and air conditioning system for our second floor. I reached out to them on the recommendation of neighbors (including a local architect). Vadim did a very professional inspection of the old system, and carefully explained (with pictures of our system) why it was not performing. He developed a series of estimates for me offering different levels of equipment at different price points (he and some internet searching helped explain the differences). Once we selected a proposal, scheduling was easy. The team showed up on time, and worked hard for the 5 days required for the work. I received a call daily from the team supervisor to check-in and make sure the work was progressing as planned. They documented the new system to show me the work (again with pictures so I didn't have to crawl around in the attic; they paid careful attention to all of the engineering details so the job looks very clean and organized). They were very careful in all of their finish work so it's hard to tell from the outside how much work was done. All in all, a very pleasant experience. They really are working very hard to make such a big investment a pleasant and professional experience.

Technicians arrived on time. They were professional, efficient and courteous both on the diagnostic call and the subsequent install. I was given multiple options and when the install came it was done quickly with minimal noise and disruptions. I would recommend IRBIS without hesitation.

Contracted IRBIS HVAC to fix another company's mistakes, they did an amazing job. Lesson learned, cheap is not always best. I went with a company with the lowest estimate to install new HVAC ducts and paid a heavy price for it. After multiple attempts for initial company to try and fix their own mistakes, they finally agreed for me to find my own company to fix what needed to be fixed. To the previous company's credit they agreed to reimburse me for any charges. This is when I found IRBIS HVAC they were very knowledgeable and successfully fixed everything, sealed all leakage. I recently passed the HERS test and moving on for final inspection. Very happy and recommend IRBIS HVAC highly.
