Ian was great! From the beginning, ioT was super responsive. Got back to me with a detailed quote right away. Their scheduler was very responsive, polite and professional. Ian arrived earlier than the window given. He installed a nest thermostat that needed to be rewired at the furnace. He was professional, tidy and very knowledgeable. He didn't even balk when I surprised him with an additional nest to install and rewire when I realized after my appointment was set i would need another for my dual zone system. I would highly recommend his services.

IoT installed two outdoor Nest cams and a Nest doorbell. This required fishing electrical service through a wall to put a receptacle above our kitchen cabinets where the camera wire came through. IoT did a perfectly clean installation, quickly and efficiently, in an environment made more challenging by a ""know-it-all"" owner (me), who as it turned out, didn't. ;^).

I've had to get a lot of stuff installed over the past year, and I've never had a better experience than with Ian and ioT Solutions.

Ian installed the Nest Hello doorbell and Nest x Yale Lock for me and did a great job. My door setup was weird so he actually went out and bought me a new door handle that was compatible with the Lock (he's got good taste too, as the door handle is pretty rad).

He also explained how he was installing things and what to look out for in the future. Most of all, he's just good people. He's fun to talk to and even gave me tips for planning my wedding. You won't go wrong with Ian.

Ian from ioT Solutions was great to work with. I asked him to setup my entire connected home. He was able to do the following:

1) Setup a Nest IQ outdoor camera in the backyard, with the wiring through the wall and into our master bedroom so that no wires were visible. He had to drill through our wall, and use wire covers to make sure everything looked nice and clean.

2) Setup a Nest Hello doorbell, along with the wiring, transformer and chime. Our doorbell was not wired, and since the Nest Hello requires a wired setup, Ian was able to install that for us. He also had to go into the attack numerous times, which is never fun! This was a two day installation, and he even had to go into the wall and patch/paint after he was done given the wiring in our house was old and ineffective. He didn't charge us extra for this either, which we are grateful for.

3) Setup a Nest Thermostat E, and 2 Nest Protects, where he had to remove the existing older devices.

In the end, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian from ioT Solutions. He provided an ""all-in-one"" type of service for us (setup, wiring, etc). I will definitely be call him again for future services.
