The electrician team did a great job replacing our entire electrical panel. They were fast and professional. The finishing team also did a great job with replacing all of the wood paneling around the electrical panel. The whole area looks brand new. It looks amazing! Throughout the installation, the administrative team in the office kept us abreast of the process. The city inspections were smooth. We definitely would use this company again.

I needed a small job done at my house. Chad was referred to me by a friend. After calling Ion, I received a call back in less than an hour and within a couple hours had an appointment scheduled for the next day.
On the day of service, Chad called to see if he could come earlier than originally planned since he was in the area. The work was completed and tested within minutes.

Ion Electric was a subcontractor for my solar system. They installed an upgraded electrical panel to meet the needs of the solar system and a new HVAC system I was having installed. Additionally, they ran a new AC circuit and breaker, giving me what I thought was a fair price. Their work was neat and they wasted no time getting the job done. I had a number of questions and Matt did a fine job of explaining the job.

I was very impressed with the ethics of this company. Ion Electric was hired to install a new electrical panel at my home, while at my house finishing up the job, a major electrical compliance began to malfunction and break. Ion Electric believed it was very unlikely anything they were doing or did was the cause but because there was no certain way to know exactly what caused the malfunction, Ion Electric picked up the cost of a replacement compliance.

Throughout the process, the owner Chad was gracious and accommodating, he turned what would normally be a nightmare situation, pointing fingers and arguing with the contractor, into a very easy and fluid resolve.

It is rare that you see this type of ownership and accountability in ones work and I found it truly awe inspiring.

Wonderful work. Jose talked to me a couple times on the phone beforehand and answered all my questions, and was very patient. And I mean ALL my Q's. I had the NEMA 14/50 outlet installed for my electric vehicle. At first I wanted the NEMA outlet located lower on my garage wall; then when Jose was almost done installing it, I changed my mind and wanted it located hire on the garage wall. He took it down and relocated it to where I wanted without any gripes nor hesitation, trying to satisfy me - the customer. Top notch, and explained everything to me. I highly recommend him.

I got a surprise call from Tesla that my car is ready for delivery.
We were not ready enough at home with 240V (14-50 NEMA) outlet and wanted to install the same on urgent basis.

We visited Tesla website for Tesla recommended electricians, called quite a few of them around our area.

We chose Jose Carlos from Ion Electric as he understood our urgency, was very prompt in response, and was ready to do the job even on Sunday in addition to his other work commitments.
Jose showed up as scheduled at 7 AM on Sunday morning and did his job thoroughly professionally and without any noise.

He is very knowledgable, skilled in his work area, good communicator and advisor. And most importantly, very reasonable charge.

We have recently used Ionic Electric for setting up electric vehicle home charging. This work included installation of a 240 volt outlet, breaker, wall connector, and additional associated tasks. Following our initial call, we soon heard back from Raoul, who came over for the initial survey of our home's existing electrical system. We were satisfied with his thoroughness and bid -- so again contacted him directly to arrange for the installation. The actual work was done by Jose -- who was truly outstanding! He seemed to take in personal interest in making sure we were happy -- including offering to paint some piping, for which he stayed late to put a third coat on. In summary, the service by Ion Electric was most expert, prompt, and professional -- deserving of 5 stars.
