Needed a ballast on my kitchen light replaced. Sent them an email Sunday night, they sent me a reply immediately to call the following morning. Called Dean the owner Monday morning and he set an appointment for that afternoon. He came replaced the ballast in less than hour and now I have light. Thank you Dean.

I have had Interwest Electric to my home several times for different issues as I am getting my home ready to sell. I made a regular appointment and two service people came on time. They were friendly, introduced themselves, and completed the tasks quickly. I asked them to do something else and they were able to do it right then. The next day I called them for another issue that came up, Dean was able to get them out the next day, even though I knew they were busy. I recommended them to my neighbor and after finishing with me, they were able to go right over and fix her problem. Dean and his staff have been easy to work with, considerate of my schedule and time, have done quality work, all with great customer service. I will defiantly recommend them again.

I reached out to this company at night after we lost power in part of our house. Even though it was after hours, I received a message right away. The next morning, they contacted me again and was able to schedule a visit that day. They fixed the problem promptly but I especially appreciated the prompt communication! Can't speak bad about them. Dean, the owner came out to inspect what needed to be done to our office. Gave us an estimate for the repairs. His team came out a few days later, they arrived on time and completed ahead of schedule. Super friendly and great work. I felt confident when I spoke to Dean on the phone about the repairs we needed at the office. I knew I would have a great experience. You ever just know its going to run smoothly? Dean has been in business for over 20 years. His prices were very reasonable, his professionalism and commitment suggested the price would be more. I was expecting a hidden cost. Dean is a true professional and I highly recommend his company, Interwest Electric. Our electrical system took a hit during the recent power outage and were in need of an expert to get us back on line. Dean tried to diagnose the issue over the phone but, when hit my troubleshooting limit he came over and remedied the issue quick!

I recently purchased a hot tub without looking into its electrical needs. Three other electricians came out and all said the same thing... we needed a panel upgrade to the house. Well the panel upgrade was going to require moving a gas line, a water line, and digging up the driveway to the SDGE line - needless to say a job more expensive than the jacuzzi itself! It seemed like I was going to end up with a nonfunctional and non returnable hot tub in the back yard! But after seeing some of the yelp reviews I thought I'd try one more time with Dean. He came out and saw something in the panel that all the others had missed!! An empty breaker that was to power the dryer but we had opted for gas!! Dean mapped out a way to wire the jacuzzi using that empty slot and saved the day! Actually the year! His guys (José and team) came out and wired it up in a flash for a great price!! Dean was so great in fact that he's even talked me through other electrical problems in our old house just because he's that kind of guy! Clever, kind, and honest! Thanks Dean! You are a patio saver!!

Lights started flickering in our living room a couple days before we were leaving for vacation. Contacted Dean and he had an opening the following day. Frankie and Luis came out to our house and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. The cost was not outrageous either. Will definately use again.

The best!!! Extremely professional. Dean runs a business how it should be. His prices are very fair and his service is extraordinary. I contacted Dean to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a car charger. I highly recommend Dean and his crew (Jose & Juan Carlos) for your electrical needs, you won't be disappointed.
