We had Interwest Electric install three ceiling fans in our home. They had to do all of the electrical to the existing switches, which were not connected to anything. They put in dimmer switches and the ceiling fans, which have worked wonderfully. They were clean and didn't leave any mess behind. Our only ""complaint"" is the patchwork from where they had to put holes in the walls and ceilings (the size of a cantaloupe) weren't textured the same as the surrounding areas. So my husband had to sand them down and make them look nice before painting them. They also accidentally drilled a hole through our medicine cabinet, but immediately replaced it!

I've been using Interwest for electrical work for going on 12 years for any type of electrical work I've needed at my homes over the years. Initially they saved me when the ceiling heat in a condo I was selling did not work and was causing concern with buyers. Dean suggested electric wall heaters that were an excellent and cost effective solution. Most recently, I have engaged them to do some work on a new home I just purchased. Dean came out on a weekend to take a look at what we needed and followed up with a quote within a few days. Dean and his firm are top notch. The service is excellent, the staff are professional and courteous. Fair prices as well. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My electric range wasn't working, and after spending a couple hundred with appliance repair, they ultimately decided it was a home electrical issue which they couldn't deal with. So I called Interwest on the weekend and got the messaging service because the Interwest guys take weekends off. (Good for them!) Dean from Interwest still called me like 5 minutes later, and we arranged a Monday appointment. He was there on time, and was like a bloodhound tearing into my breaker box. Diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, went and got the necessary part, replaced it, and was gone! Botta Bing - Botta Boom!

Called around for quotes to install an electric car charger outlet in my garage. I called Interwest first because they were the local company (to La Mesa). Dean came out quickly to give me a written estimate. I had no frame of reference on price so I took the next couple of weeks to gather more quotes from different companies. Man, I should have just scheduled Interwest immediately. They had the lowest bid by FAR!

I scheduled the install and was really pleased that I didn't have to wait weeks for someone to come out.

Day of the install comes and Dean and, I believe, Jose, showed up 10 minutes early. So far, amazing.They get to work.

2 hours later, they are done. Everything looked perfect. Amazing, quality work.

I prepare myself for a couple of added ""hidden"" charges that would make the bill more than what was estimated. I get the bill and was just a little bit shocked. it was EXACTLY what was estimated. No added taxes because that was already included in the estimate. added labor costs. Nothing extra.

I mean, WOW. Not only is their work great but they deliver exactly what was promised and expected. Bravo to everyone at Interwest Electric. BRAVO!

Our garage mysteriously lost power.....the spare fridge and washer drawer included. Our home of 5 can't be without those for long! Thankfully Juan C. and Jose were able to quickly track down the issue and made a quick fix. In and out! They even went above and beyond and cut out a notch in our paneling so that box couldn't be easily accessed in the even this issue happens again! Thanks Interwest Electric! Happy customer here!!! Back in March we had a flood thanks to an upstairs neighbor. IW has been great through the entire process. Since the ceiling was gone we wanted to change our outdated box light kitchen fixture into recessed lighting. We also wanted an outlet added over our new countertops. All of the work happened in stages around the other trades, roughing out and wiring up for framing, then setting up for the drywall, then installing the lights, etc. We had a couple of crews through the time, but they have ALL been great guys to work with! The staff is professional, respectful, quick, and they try to help you stay within your budget. IW is the real deal, stop looking and save yourself time and money. THANKS GUYS!!!

We had some wiring issues and also problems with an old fusebox. Interwest responded immediately and came out within the hour. We were very pleased with the courteous and capable service that we received from this company and will certainly be using them for future electrical work. Juan Carlos & Jose were super friendly. This company is awesome! Dean came and gave us a great estimate for electricity. I felt the estimate was very fair and well priced. He scheduled an appointment within a day. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. He and his co-worker were friendly and respectful.
