Our business is family-owned and operated. Initially based in New Jersey, we established a branch in Broward County. After some time, we chose to sell our New Jersey branch and focus on building a loyal customer base in South Florida. Being newcomers in the area, we had to offer competitive pricing and exceptional service to win over customers. We have upheld this standard over the years. Our labor rates are 50% lower than other companies in the area. Nearly all our customers are referrals or repeat clients.

Mario has 35 years of experience in the industry and started working with his father at the age of 10. He finished high school at 16 and went on to study HVAC and Electrical at Lincoln Technical Institute. He graduated with honors from LTI. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Theory. While working, he graduated with honors from Stafford College in Electrical Engineering. He also spent three years in trade school studying computer science. More recently, he pursued Electrical Engineering at ITT. Mario is certified by OSHA and the EPA for safety and Freon handling.
