Jaime G.Called this company, Frank answered on a Sunday afternoon. I had an issue with losing power to an interior outlet, and he helped guide me over the phone how to fix the problem. I appreciated the honesty and didn't require an actual service call.
Don T.IEC came through!
I called on a Monday morning looking to get our faulty GFIC replaced in our kitchen. Frank called back within an hour and said he could come out the next day. He showed up promptly, replaced the bad switch, and even helped me with a water leak on our refrigerator. Great service!
Frank is an old school electrician and works by himself. He called before arriving, came on time, and quickly fixed the electrical problem, a tripped GFCI switch. He replaced the switch, tested the electrical outlets, and determined the rest of the circuit was good.
During heat wave ac goes out. Tech guy comes out and finds ac unit is fine. Has to do with the breaker and need to call electrician. Called five with no success. Interstate was my sixth call and gentleman answered, believe his name is frank. I explained the issue and he was very upfront about cost however he said the fix was easy and could would walk me through it. His fix worked!! He then explained what the issue may be and should be fine for now. He also said repair was easy and if I was willing he would walk my husband through it, earlier in our conversation I had told him my husband changed the capacitor on the ac unit prior to technician coming so he figured my husband would be comfortable with electrical. So grateful for his transparency regarding price, even though I was willing to pay anything, and his willingness to walk me through the repair. Never have I encountered this with any service professional.
I had the wonderful experience using an electrician named Frank Chiavarini from Interstate Electrical Contractors. He has been self-employed for over 30 years, does the work himself and takes pride in what he does. He put up a ceiling fan for me that took sometime to do, and switched out switch plates and internal pieces that needed to be replaced. He is a perfectionist and I could not be happier. Iis always so stressful getting someone new not sure how they will interact with you or the project. I can not recommended him highly enough. It's just so nice to get a old-school attitude and old-fashioned work ethic. He even offered some other advice about our current bulbs and my hard-wired smoke detector system which he will be back to do for me soon. Please give him your business, you will not be disappointed.
Thanks Frank for your honesty. He checked out our panel and verified everything was good and didn't push for unnecessary repairs. He took the time to talk about some other projects I had around the house and gave great recommendations. If you are looking for really nice, honest electrician, Frank is your guy!
Steven F.I called Frank (owner) to try to find out and fix a problem left hanging by a previous electrician who never came back as promised to finish the job. All circuits blew out in two rooms plus the main outlet in my bathroom. The previous electrician said he'd try to find the problem by replacing all of my outlets in the house. I mentioned this to Frank and he wasn't too keen about that. It would be expensive and possibly take much more time if his hunch wasn't correct. I've watched plumbers, Handymen, and electricians many times being a homeowner. I've never seen any work so methodically to find a problem. As Frank checked a couple of outlets he would think about some possibilities before jumping into checking and changing every outlet in my place. I was emotionally prepared for hours of work and a very large sum of money going from my bank account to his before he even arrived. After checking a few outlets he asked if I had an outlet behind my huge dresser. I did and he had his reason for asking and I won't go into great detail why but he was correct in his hunch. He thought there was a high chance the problem was with that outlet and voila. The socket behind the heavy dresser, although still working, was the problem after all. He educated me, fixed the problem in a very short time and left my bank account pretty much intact. He's a very personable guy who is VERY fair about the price. I even posted my story on Facebook and informed some neighbors about this find. His number is now on my phone directory.
Pat S.If you need any Electrical work done Frank is amazing !!
Great work On time Fair Prices ...
Can't say enough about him..
We had several different things done
Replaced old kitchen light with recessed lights
Added recessed lights to our family room
Mounted TV's & moved plugs
We have an older home and noticed our lights flickering. After getting a quote for $5-$7K to replace our electric panel from a company that clearly is in it for the upsell, Frank came by and got right down to business. He handled the problem efficiently, quickly, professionally, and with a know-how that only comes with years on the job. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and made sure our panel was completely safe and operational. Thank you, Frank!
Gracia D.Frank came to our rescue & he is the best! He is very approachable, honest & friendly. In addition, he is also very meticulous in doing his job! He is one of those people who does not cut corners to save time or cost. He does his job very well and even goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done right to help his clients.
Here's the work he did at our house two weeks ago. I attached the before and after... Our power is running fine!
