I hesitate to review this place, since it is so hard to get service in this area, but I have to say, Scott is a consummate professional and has excellent prices. He is easy to talk to and honest. We considered changing out an oven, and after speaking with him, we decided against. Again, he advised us NOT to have a job done that would have earned him money.
Instead, we had a bunch of lights changed out. He was clear about the price, on time, and super friendly! I would use Inter-City again...

They did not want to move the appliance to do the job that they were assigned to do by the warranty company. Therefore, I had to spend my own money to call out a local electrician who was more than happy to do the job. It was actually the first electrician I called. I also spoke to another electrician and other people that were shocked that they were unwilling to move the appliance. I'm very displeased that due to their refusal, I am out over $100 of my own money that I shouldn't of had to pay out.

Scott is so knowledgeable (he has been doing this a long time and he has a great memory for the specifics of your house and its electrical issues). He is super nice, patient, kind, and respectful. I can trust him with the key to my house if he isn't home and I absolutely trust the fairness of his pricing, he will not take advantage of you.

As others have said, Inter-City is excellent in solving problems, PROMPT, courteous and charming, tidy with clean-up.
Scott is a genius with electricity in our San Gabrirel Valley. He has seen it all. His current team member Issac is likewise familiar with all the issues and codes.

My single girlfriend in a condo had Scott over, and although she at first thought him ""pricey"" she realized, you get what you pay for. And she was satisfied with the results.

I had Inter-City Electric come out and installed recessed lighting for my living room. Scott came out and assessed the room, the number of lights and location of the switch during the free consultation. After researching and comparing prices, Scott's service came out to be the best.

On the day of installation, Scott and Jay arrived on time. They first explained the process before even starting. After each step, they patiently explained and showed me the progress. There was a slight deviation of the light switch location due to the structural challenge of the wall. Scott quickly came out with a alternative solution. The solution avoided any potential damages and still work for it. The rest of the installation
seamless. The whole project was completed within the original estimated time.

Scott and Jay helped me move the furnitures before the project and kindly helped me put them back in the original position. Everything was done perfectly and left the room clean with only minimal clean up.

Alongside, Scott perfomed a couple of commercial projects at our office as well. Inter-City Electric installed a few LED security lights outside the building. Again, his work was very professional and executed without any issues.

For both residential and commercial lighting projects, I highly recommend Inter-City Electric to everyone.
