We live in the mountains in Placer Co & the other day a person took out a power poll which prohibited power to only half of our house; mainly the kitchen. While my husband is very handy at most he couldn't figure the electrical out. We thought it could be a GFI outlet and after discussing with Intensity Electric we were able to locate the faulty plug that had been fried. We are so appreciative to their discussed knowledge between my husband & the business owner.

We own a family business ourselves & try to walk mechanically minded people through easy fixes, as well.

We will definitely be contacting Intensity Electric for our future electrical work. Thank you again!!! Now the kitchen refrigerator & freezer works again.

Our 10+ year old generator quit after less than 24 hours of service during a bad snow storm. Our generator service people said they might be able to evaluate that day but wouldn't be able to tell us for hours...so I tried Intensity Electric and talked to Kris directly. He surmised the problem and we decided it was time for a new generator. Within 12 hours, we had a new unit and good thing as our power was out 3 more days. Their service is great and when they say you will get it - even in the middle of a snowstorm, you will. If you want good service, call Kris at Intensity Electric.

I'm a contractor in Southern California my elderly mother lives in Nevada City while she was at a dealership waiting for her car in Auburn she struck up a conversation regarding generators with a man also getting his car serviced, he mentioned the factory authorized Generac Dist. which he used and absolutely raved about price,service, professionalism etc.. she she got the information and gave it to me to call. I called Chris the owner and told him we had gotten several bids mostly from companies that were taking advantage of the need for generators by inflating prices but mom wanted me to call just to make sure we had made a good choice because I had committed to someone but did not get the work done yet but I told Chris I was committed he said ok, and then offered to drive up to Nevada city to look at the job and review just to make sure that bid was inline, price, code, wire size, gas pipe spec. per Generac all with a Willing, Gracious attitude, absolutely above and beyond. I then called the company I committed to confirming all the specs. Chris had mentioned and fortunately they were inline. I am sorry I did not find Chris earlier. Chris then extended the offer to help in any way shape or for even to the extent of going up to mom's for as much or little needed after her purchase from the competition even to turn off generator at night while she sleeps to save propane. I have been in customer service for years managing many employees and it is rare to come across someone like Chris that truly is Thankful, Grateful even for the opportunity to bid on a job let alone receive it, I am truly Thankful for Chris helping me living so far away helping my mom.
