An amazing company! I had a somewhat difficult job, needing a complete rewiring for my back yard, including a home theatre system and a motorized projector screen. The prior electrician had pretty much mucked everything up, causing countless problems.
I made one call to Intelectric and my problems would soon be solved. From the friendly receptionist (I apologize as I don't recall her name), to Mitch (who I believe is the owner), to the two technicians who came by, everyone was incredibly profession and proficient.
Intelectric came out to quote me the very same day I called. The quote was more than reasonable, and they finished the job in less than a day, cleaning up after themselves. It was truly an exceptional experience.
While you never hope to have to call an electrician, when you need an electrician, your first and only call should be to Intelectric.

In the past years, I've had a significant amount of work done at my home such as a installing an electric vehicle charger in my garage, replacing inside wiring, updating the main panel, and also front landscape lighting. It was done with the utmost quality and professionalism. They've been around for many years. Highly recommend.

Really bad experience with this company. The lone serviceman was nice enough, but was not able to figure out how to properly install camera doorbells. Kept having to come back and every time was a service charge. Finally wrote a letter to the owner complaining and the receptionist called me saying ""the owner wants to make it right."" So the same tech comes over and half-fixes it (really not) and then the owner has the cajones to bill be yet again. I spent close to $500 for a job that many consider DIY. Horrible experience and recommend everyone to stay away.

Intelectric team was great in a recent EV charge install. I sourced multiple quotes prior to hiring Intelectric, and I felt Mitch was on the upper end of electric companies in terms of knowledge and professionalism. When you factor in their competitive price, it was a no brainer. During the planning/approach, Mitch suggested subtle nuances to future proof our building for other neighbors. His team did a great job on the install itself and when we noticed one minor hiccup, they corrected it right away even on a Saturday. For EV charging install, I highly recommend.

Terrible experience with Intelectric. We hired them to do several things around our new house. They sent three people to get the work done. Two were actually working, albeit at a glacial pace. The third was there just to hang out, as far as I could tell. After three whole days of slow progress, they announced they were done, except for five lightbulbs that still needed to be changed. These were on a high ceiling, and they said they needed a special ladder. So then two guys showed up on a different day, and took three hours to change these lightbulbs. Much of the time was spent with these two looking up at the ceiling, doing absolutely nothing --they seemed to have no clue how to go about changing lightbulbs on a high ceiling. I assumed that this work was already included in their $6,000 bill, particularly because one of the lightbulbs had been changed by them before, and they had used the wrong kind, so they were fixing their mistake. But, no, they sent us another bill for over $800. For changing five lightbulbs. When I called to complain, they took $200 off the bill - basically acknowledging that they had double billed us for their own mistake as to the one light bulb. There was no price adjustment for the fact that they sent us people who had never done this before and had to reinvent the wheel while charging us over $200 an hour. Do not hire!

Have used these folks for many years. Over the weekend the bathroom wall heater went on and scared me to death. No way to get it off without turning the entire power to out apt. Eric came early Monday and removed the unit and cleaned up the whole mess. These are GREAT electricians and I trust them implicitly.

this is how shockingly bad they are and their work is...they agree verbally then underwrite the contract Then do some of the work with cheaper materials and don't bury the electrical pipes and then over charge you....don't give them any credit cards as they charge you unauthorized charges....i am in legal dispute with them and will publish the case so all can see....

I tried and tried to give zero stars but Yelp won't allow it. Run for the hills. Intelectric bilked us out of thousands of dollars. Unscrupulous people, shoddy work and Mitch the owner has major anger issues. Take my word for it, run.

Very unprofessional. Paid $500 for a hand drawn diagram of the wiring for ev charging. If I knew it was going to be that quality I would have drawn it myself while they were speaking to me, or asked a 10 yr old to draw it. We told them it would take us time to schedule the work, they kept sending emails asking us for an update. But conveniently stopped responding to emails and request for refunds once they realized that our HOA only wants ladwp to do to the work and we weren't going ahead with them. Lady on the phone realizes that this situation may warrant a refund, tells me that they may be able to offer a partial refund, but emails that her boss vetoed her decision because he gave us ""A"" diagram. So you call her for each thing you need, she needs to talk to the manager/owner and emails the response. But never follows up to my responses. I need to call again, sometimes twice because they forget/ignore. Never been treated this way by any business before. Very disappointing.

Amazing Job!
Mitch came by to assess the property and provided a number of excellent suggestions. After we came to an agreement, Mitch dispatched two of his incredibly talented electricians, Robert and Jesse to perform the work.
Robert and Jesse showed up on time (in fact a few minutes early, which was a welcome change from other companies) and began the three-day job. Upon the end of the first day, the work was partially completed (as promised), and you couldn't even tell they had been there, as everything was even cleaner than when they started. The same was true for the second day.
They finished up, on time, as promised on the third day, and did an incredible job. The rewiring was completed without a hitch. The installed lights are great, and frankly, much better than I ever could have expected. They did a thoroughly professional job.
Communication from office manager Gladys was timely and polite, and I was kept abreast of the progress on a daily basis. The final price came in even lower than expected.
If you are in need of electrical work, your first and only stop should be INTELECTRIC.
