In my years in this field, I have had the chance to learn not only about the HVAC industry in the Tampa Bay area but also to understand what customers truly desire. The name we chose for our company became clear as we established it. Integrity embodies much of what customers seek. Honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness are all traits associated with integrity.
Living by the golden rule was instilled in me from a young age. I consider empathy and integrity as crucial to my existence as water, food, and oxygen. I see these virtues reflected in my children as they grow.

Integrity Home Solutions overcharged me by $1750.00. I have called and spoke with a manager who assured me that I would be reimbursed. Ten days later, no refund has happened. This company is very poorly run and it is very difficult to resolve such a serious issue as this. I've had to contact my credit card company and I am contacting the state Attorney General.

AC SCAM! Beware guarantees. Brand New Deluxe Trane 3 HP PKG Seer2 install with BRAND NEW DUCTS. Complete brand new air distribution system that should be top of the line. Overpriced at 15k but fine, I would eat the cost for no headache from a new system and the pearl verification is worth it in the long run for resale value. The duct work is subpar, if done at all, yet they insist it is replaced brand new. The new AC should not have so much condensation or have trouble cooling (80 mid day and I work from home) or shutting down in a storm during the most humid season. My electric bill also has not gone down as guaranteed. I have been dealing with this for over a month and management has been slow to respond and pushing my appointments off to later dates. I have called repeatedly to get the issue resolved but a manager had never came to do a final review of the install, I never received my pearl certification. The same technician that did the install comes back and said only did the unit install... not ducts. They are now pushing off sending a technician to check due to rain but that doesn't seem relevant as I can get under the house fine. I am very dissatisfied and would leave a negative review if I could. Stay tuned for pictures of under the house to see if they actually installed the ducts, from what I can see so far, I was scammed.

I SUSPECT THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED. The item to be repaired was my bathroom shower. When you start the water, it first comes out of the faucet, but when you pull an object on the faucet up, the water switches to the overhead shower fixture. That had stopped working. The unit was very old.
The repairman appeared at my home one hour past the end of a 4 hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said that the unit had interior calcium build-up and had to be switched. Basically, the faucet had to be switched. He told me that the price would be $375. I know nothing about plumbing, but this seemed very high. I had already gone through some stuff to get him to my home. Another company I had tried before had at the last minute requested to re-schedule and I had tried Integrity instead, so by the time I waited 5 hours for this guy, I was in no mood to argue. I asked him how much the fixture cost by itself and he claimed not to know. I was tired by this point, so I let him do the work, which took him 4 minutes.
Like I said, I know nothing about plumbing, but I suspect other plumbers would charge less than $375. Googling, this part appears to be called a diverter and to sell for between $15 and $90. I SUSPECT THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED.
Anyone from the company answering this - don't bother to offer to call me to explain the price. Explain it right here under a bright light where everyone can see.
UPDATE on 8/9 at 8:50 pm: My review instructs them clearly not to just respond offering to discuss the price with me on the phone privately, but to print the explanation of that extraordinary price right here so that everyone can see it under a bright light. What's their response? To offer to discuss it privately on the phone. She absolutely ignored me. Justifying that absurd price in public where people can see is the last thing they'd want.

Integrity Home Solutions started a plumbing job at my home in April 2024 and it's still unfinished. They did not pass the county inspection (which took them 2 months to schedule for some reason?) and since failing the inspection, they have refused to communicate with me. I have called numerous times and have not received a call back, despite requesting to speak to a manager. I was told an ""urgent reply"" would be given in 5-10 business days. I have not received a reply to my emails. Would not recommend this company in the least, as 4 months later, I still have unfinished work in my back yard making it unusable and dangerous.

ZERO STARS WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE!!! Integrity should be removed from this terrible predatory company's name!!
My AC stopped being able to keep the house cool for several days in a row, reaching temps of 84-85 degrees in the afternoon. On the 4th day I decided to call Integrity Home Solutions to service/diagnose the issue July 5th. A tech named Jason arrived past the time given, around 8:30pm. He came back into the house after inspecting the unit to tell me that we had a freon leak and it would cost $1,800 to diagnose the leak (an utter lie bc it costs much less, discovered after I searched for it yesterday). I immediately panicked, as I didn't have that kind of $ and our system was too small for our home, a fact that Jason was aware of. So here I am sweating to death, tired, and scared of having to buy a whole new system. He said we could get a new system, comparable to the system we had for ~$150/mo for 10 years. We discussed other options, like a better efficiency model for slightly more per mo $198/mo (~18K). He had me sign a form from synchrony that verified my personal details to ""get things started"". After that he discussed the warranty, parts and labor covered for 10yrs, etc. He said that they could install it tomorrow and I agreed to the install start date. While they were installing the AC the next day I was on the phone with my sister and had barely any interaction with the 2 technicians present. Apparently that's when the contract was signed. I was never given any documentation whatsoever. Looking back I should've been more aware I was being misled, swindled, and scammed but I was starting to feel sick with the heat. I have several medical problems and if the heat continued I might have ended in the hospital so my desperation was preyed upon. A few weeks later I get a credit card in the mail from Synchrony saying it had a 29% interest rate. I immediately panicked bc that wasn't what I was told and called the company. I spoke to a young man who said he couldn't help me and had me contact the technician Jason. Jason said everything was ok and it was the $198/mo. I asked for a copy of the bill of sale and he told me that I can get a copy of the contract from Synchrony, which I thought was strange. Fast forward to 7/28/2024 and I get my 1st statement from synchrony saying the purchase price was 22K and min payment of $270!! I was stunned and couldn't believe it. I called Jason and asked him what was going on and he said ""well you were the one who wanted a better model"". Then he proceeded to tell me to get a copy of the contract from the bank again and that it was his day off. Then he hung up on me after saying he could talk to me Mon. I immediately called Synchrony and told them what had happened. I told them that a contract was never presented to me and something was wrong. I postulated that he used my initial signature to allow a credit pull/verify my info on to the contract etc. They opened up a dispute for me that same day. Today I called the city of Largo bc I was concerned that no permit was pulled since I haven't been contacted for an inspection or no permit was put on my door like when my roof was redone. I left a msg and emailed them so I'm not sure if they pulled one or not. Anyways, today I called Integrity and finally was sent a copy of the invoice/contract and I notified the woman that those weren't my signatures. She said she would notify the manager . First of all I have never seen this document before or anything resembling this document. I scrolled down and to my astonishment were 2 signatures that were 100% NOT mine, not even close at all. The signatures didn't even look like they were signed by the same person. I called Synchrony back and notified them and after the phone call and sent them the contract and a sample of my signature using my finger on a device. I also called the police to report in bc forgery is illegal. I'm completely disgusted that this tech and company would do something like this to anyone at all. I'm going to call Bay News 9 to expose their illegal activity. Today I verified that the permit wasn't pulled and no one from Integrity called me bc they don't give a shit about anything but $. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Next step is a lawyer!

Crooks. Bill 1600 over what was quoted. Refused to send receipt for full job. Been calling for 4 days. Unable to contact anyone that can solve this problem. They have a bunch of kids answering the phone that only scheduled appointments. My have to involve lawyer. Steer clear their crooks.

I would rate this company a (0) WE had a Preferred Partner Plan with them at a cost of $28.25 per month = $339.00 per year.For that we were to get 2-free HVAC tune-ups per year plus 15% discount on parts & repairs. On 07/04/24 Jonathan Rainey came to go the AC service. After inspection he found issues with the outside system and replaced the Duel Run Capacitor, Addon Hard Start Kit and added an Addon Surge Protector. (Lighting Strike?) He quoted me $1,048.00 to replace all items, it seemed high but I agreed that amount and even tipped him$10.00
. After he left I went on line to see what the parts he replaced cost. I was very upset to see that at most they were under $200.00. My system is less than 5 yrs. old.
A customer service person from Integrity left a message on my phone asking me to return she call. By then I had posted a review on Google. I made several calls to her but I was always put on hold for ever and she never answered or returned my calls.
A few days later I got a quote from another company that was at my neighbors home and his quote was less that 1/2 of what Integrity charge me.
My advise to anyone thinking about using this company is read the BBB, Google and Yelp reviews, they all tell the same story. They seem to take advantage of us older folks, Im almost 83.
At least get a 2nd opinion before before you spend your hard earned money.

Integrity home solutions doesn't even deserve 1 star it's a field that had to be done to complete this review. Just to get the word out on Integrity home solutions being very dishonest and thieves. They over charge for their products they sale to their clients. Very unprofessional and rude to their clients. Please anyone who reads this post. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS IT WILL BE THE WORSE DECISION EVER!!!!

Don't use these people unless you like to pay heavily for poor service. Tech arrived and the first thing he said to me was it's an old system you need a new one. Didn't try to troubleshoot. When pushed he said, ""oh it must have a leak"". Asked him to check if it did, checked and ""Oh no it hasn't"". Again started saying ok I can work out the cost of the new system, which I obviously said no to. Offered to drain the water that had accumulated in the catch pan under the air handler and $257.00 later disappeared. Managed to get my normal AC company to come take a look the next day (Only didn't use them as they were super busy and the person in the house needed AC working quickly). Guess what all that was wrong was the drain was blocked, no need for a new system at all. Have called several times to talk to a manager and got no response. Look at the number of poor reviews......BUYER BEWARE.

Unprofessional, disorganized, poor work quality. They installed our AC unit in 2021, we have used they for electrical work and plumbing. Plumbing was the only thing that was descent. After a loyal customer for three years they hang up, blow you off, think an AC issue can wait until the next day or later when it is in the 90s. Had an electric box replaced without them pulling a permit first to find out after we had a tankless water heater installed that we couldn't have one because the electric supply coming into the house was not sufficient. so we paid for an electric box upgrade, and tankless water heater that we could not have and didn't need. So, we lost out on this deal. The water heater that was replaced was almost new. They made the mistake and the tankless water heater had to be removed and a smaller water heater was put in, no option given. Then they really didn't want to refund us the money for the tankless water heater, but eventually we received something. When we had lights put in our ceiling someone slipped and broke the AC handler pipe, and no one said anything, and did not know until my ceiling fell down and water was everywhere. Eventually they replaced the dry wall, not the insulation that was ruin since the water was building up for days. Today, I called because my AC is not working, guess I should have known, they want to send someone tomorrow when it is 90 plus outside. Then I was put on hold and when the person came back on he acted as if he couldn't hear me. Then my husband called and they did the same thing to him. very unprofessional. Lesson learned, don't give more than one chance to get things right. The choice is yours hopefully you have a better experience. (NEW PORT RICHEY)
