Integrity Home Solutions
Company Overview
Integrity Home Solutions is your go-to for everything related to cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. We deliver fast, cost-effective, and professional solutions for all your home service requirements. Integrity Home Solutions is built on three core principles: delivering top-notch quality in every service and product; fostering honest, straightforward relationships with our clients; and providing exceptional service throughout the lifespan of our products. We have a range of financing choices available, along with discounts for first responders and veterans.
Our ownership shares a unified vision of how business should be conducted, with the customer experience at its core.
In our experience, many home service providers have operated with minimal moral standards. The only way to create change is to shift from talking about it to making it happen. Having the opportunity to start our own business allowed us to realize a vision that we hope will make our families and yours proud.
We possess the industry knowledge and commitment to exceed your expectations, and we eagerly anticipate the chance to demonstrate our skills in your home! I am a lucky husband to a wife whose inner beauty matches her outer beauty. I am a proud father of four children, each with their own unique strengths and qualities that fill me with pride every day.
During my time in this industry, I’ve gained insights into the HVAC sector in Tampa Bay and what customers are really looking for. When we founded this business, the name we selected was evident. Integrity reflects many of the qualities that customers desire. Traits like honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness all define integrity.
Living by the golden rule was instilled in me from a young age. Empathy and integrity are essential to me, just like water, food, and oxygen. I see these virtues reflected in my children as they grow.
Myself, along with the other two owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire IH&C family, look forward to bringing comfort and our namesake into many relationships, both existing and new!

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It too late for me as I am over 8,000 in, but if I can help make others aware of what I have been through with this company I will. I purchased my unit (full unit, inside and outside replaced) in 2020. My old until stopped working. Within the first couple of months and then 1 year later, I was calling the technicians out because the unit randomly stop working. I am calling them back today because not only did the unit stop working 2 years into a new"" installment, but it also flooded my adjoining bathroom and bedroom. Please be warned. FIND A BETTER COMPANY. It will save you thousands in the long run.
Update:The technician came to the home and quoted me 2200 for air conditioning to be fixed plus 49 for coming out.
If I could give 0 stars I would

The only A/C Company I will use from here on out. Customer Service is great. Had a pipe leak and one of the service technicians Jason Thompson came out and solved the problem within 30 minutes of my initial call. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to everyone that needs an Air conditioning issue solved!
Thanks again Jason!

WARNING....DO NOT USE FOR ANY SERVICES!This company has unfair trade practices! They overcharge you for parts and services and sell you a maintenance program by using their scare tactics. I would have to admit that the employees are trained well to rip people off.
We have a 3 year old AC unit that should at least have a 5 year warranty on it because it wasn't registered for the 10 year warranty at the time it was purchased. Technician, Arionna, came out and was pleasant. She first stated that the capacitor ($250) was bad and we needed a hard start kit ($443). After that was replaced, she came back in and said she had bad news... ""There is a leak in the system somewhere"". Of course! She wanted to use a die pack ($602) to better locate the leak.. I asked about spraying the solution on the pipes to find the leak. We were told that it doesn't work as well. Yet, we found that she left a bottle of the same solution by our system. SCAM!! Why do people have to lie, cheat and scam?! It is soo sad what this world has come to. She kept insisting that we purchase another unit for $10,000 since we have already put so much money into the unit. (Their sister company, Best Home Services, had already charged us $3000 in 2019 for electric heat kit, wire upgrade & 7 ft of line set.) I don't think we should have to purchase a new unit after 3 years. It just doesn't seem accurate to me.
So, she stated that she found a couple of small leaks but ""knows"" that there is a larger one someplace else because the refrigerant has leaked out. She recommended someone else from the company returns today with a sniffer to investigate. Dispatch hasn't called yet to schedule this said person.
I don't trust them and will never use them again. I will be seeking legal advice in this matter. It's not fair to the consumer for companies to take advantage of them because of their lack of knowledge. Integrity Home Solutions and Arionna Lunceford.... you may have gotten $1300 from us but you will not prosper. Just ridiculous!

We started with a plumber coming out on a Sunday during football season to change a leak valve. The charge for that was crazy high. The plumber talked us into the 3 part plan (Ac, pluming and electrical yearly check). To make his trip more economical.
In the spring we had a water heater problem. They came out told us that what we were experience could not be happening. I asked the about the yearly water tank clean out that I was due. He said he could do it even though it had not been scheduled. Low and behold when they flushed the water tank they found several broken things that supportEd what we were telling them that they said were not a possibility.
Then last month we needed the wax ring on the toilet replaced, we could not get the bolts off so we called for a service call. They said the could come the next day. The next day I got a call saying it would be the following day. He showed on the third day worked for a while said he did not have the parts ( American Standard toilet about 7 years old) and would be back on the fourth day. Fourth day he could not get the parts the toilet was to old or parts were too hard to get. The job was done for the cost of $1500. and a new toilet
Today our AC went out. Normally I do a spring check up with Chill Masters. Since we have this plan I did not call them, big mistake. I have been waiting for Integrity to call and schedule our check up as I was told they would do. When I called today they said they could not come till tomorrow. I asked about the plan and why I had not been called for them to come out they told me I was the very next person on their list to call. Wow isn't that bad timing on my part. To bad my AC didn't go out one day sooner so I could have gotten my check up befor the AC broke.
So I have yet to have received one call from Integrity about the plan that was going to be such a great deal. I can't wait to see how much the are going to charge me for this visit. Every visit I have had has been way over priced.
I would not recommend Integrity. Especially the plan to check out th AC, pluming and electrical. I am not sure what is going on at Integrity but it is not a customer friendly company.

We had several plumbing issues within our home, called and young man arrived. He stated what we needed serviced would cost $1000, I said forget that-- I am not paying your $1000 for this. I said I understand your labor cost but $1000 for what needs to be repaired- forget it. He says what price would you say it payable to repair you water issues. I said many $400-$500 for I dont know much but I understand plumber charge deep prices for service. We agreed with $700.
He said he could repair my water issues. As he was repairing item, he stated he did not have parts to fix this problem then he worked on my kitchen faucet, he changed it out and we had very little water pressure, he gave me many of reasons why we had not water pressure. He changed the faucet, changed out water tube in master bath and he stopped the water over flow in the guess bath room yet he did not fix the problem cause he did not have the part yet he charged $700. He left I called the office and the office manager sent him back to repair the faucet. He and my wife almost got into a verbal fight.
She is a contract engineer who deals with these issues daily at her federal job. Yet the repairmen stood toe to toe with my wife as if he was her supervisor and she worked from him. He told us to fix the faucet problem would cost $300 I said what $300 that would be $1000 yet you got paid $700 and you fixed nothing-what gives?
His tone of voice was as if- take it or leave it. He had not ethic at all he was ask to leave our home. I have called the plumbing office to talk to his supervisor yet that has yet to happen. We will contact BBB over this matter as well. Seems Integrity has young people working for them that have not clue of customer satisfaction. Poor business totally unprofessional staff. Poor business.

I connected with Integrity Home Solutions through Thumbtack and received exceptional service from them. Their representatives were very responsive when I called and the company even sent a text that was inclusive of the technician's bio and ETA. The technician knew exactly what was needed to wire our thermostat (that did not have a C wire). Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous and most helpful in completing the work that I requested. The service cost was very reasonable as well. I will be calling Integrity now for any future services we need.

Tried to give them an opportunity to fix the issue again as it's still broken. Again they won't stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

I moved here almost five years ago. I bought an old house in Tampa knowing it would need a great deal of work. It was built in the 1940s and had additions from a few different decades. An old Army buddy had recommended INTEGRITY because he had a friend he trusted working for them at the time. I've used them numerous times over the years.
After a few service calls for the ancient A/C unit in the attic, I was getting frustrated. The drain line would clog up almost every month and the unit had a slow leak somewhere. The Tech from Integrity kept charging the system with coolant again and charging me every time of course. I began to think that I didn't really have much choice and would have to just bite the bullet and get a new unit, which they jumped at and were sure to squeeze me for as much as they could. The new unit does work better than the old one, but the drain line still clogs constantly. When I brought this up with them, somehow it's MY fault and if only I would buy a priority membership (or whatever they call it) I wouldn't have the problem. I've since learned that they screwed up when putting in the new drain line...
I used them for a plumbing issue. Remember it is an old house, a mix of old cast iron piping, copper, and the newer portions in PVC. I'm sure it isn't the easiest set up to work on, but that was why I was calling professionals right? The sewage line had clogged and the whole house was backing up. The smell was bad but I was more worried about the kids being able to shower and the ability to prepare food etc. Their guy showed up and spent about 5 hours with his camera ramming it through pipes trying to use the camera line to unclog everything. Over and over he kept telling me that there were tree and plant roots growing into the pipes and that I HAD to get the system jetted out. Jetting out of the pipes would require them to dig up the sewer line, cut it open, and run their pressure washer line through all the pipes. This got expensive pretty quick but they made it seem that I didn't really have an alternative. The procedure did unclog the lines... ...for a few days. The next time ( three days later I believe) they ended up sending another guy out and he unclogged it in about an hour this time. He used a snake and ran it through the lines quite easily. I spoke with him for a time about the house's plumbing and what the other plumber had told me. You see, the house is a raised one. The pipes are above ground until they almost completely exit the house. I crawled under the house to check it out myself. There is not a single tree root or plant growing anywhere near these pipes.
I called them again one last time because my water heater was having issues and I was lacking in time, and I now had their phone number saved and even on my fridge. Their latest service guy showed up and I took him straight to the water heater. I told him everything that I had told their receptionist on the phone. The water heater was old and I wasn't expecting the world from these guys but I was expecting a bit more than what they did. There were two of them but the only thing they did was to take a picture of the water heater and then charge me a service visit fee. They inspected nothing, fixed nothing, and just repeated back to me what I had already told them... ...and I owed THEM money for this! The next day I took off work, went through the water heater myself and fixed it for about thirty bucks in parts, cheaper than their service call fee.
Long story short, this company is NOT going to fix your issues, but they will take your money.

We had IH come out to do a yearly maintenance. After paying for Groupon for the maintenance. Tech came out did the maintenance and charged additional for leak detection no repairs done. But Didn't tell us before charging for a service we didn't ask for him to perform. We mentioned we had no heat. He took 5 min and said the heat for EMERGENCY heat was burnt out and we needed to have thermostat wired for heat bcuz we had now wire est. 1200-1500.00. Had another co out and detected no leak in the lines and wasn't sure if wiring didn't have time to check. My hubby was preoccupied on phone and tech handed him a bill w/out asking if we wanted leak detection. Just did it and handed my husband a bill said he can come back for that price to wire it.
Had another co out today, no leak and no new wires needed to be wired. All wires were there just needed a simple connection to the thermostat that wasn't connected. Goes to show who wants to get paid, who wants in and out and who is just simply reputable! Creamer AC was great!

Landlord hired these folks to change out our electrical box. After needing to reschedule the day arrives for the worker to show up (and he did) just to tell us he is sick but working anyways. (Awesome Company) I will attach pictures so you can see what 5 hours of work to replace an electrical box looks like. Do yourself a favor and delete this company from your thoughts and phones. Save yourself a headache, hassle and having to redo all the shotty work. Absolute embarrassment, if I were the owner of this company I would fire this employee immediately but by the looks of the reviews the purposely hire terrible employees. Be better, be much better or just quit and stop ripping people off. The first pic is self explanatory, the second pic is taken of the wall in the other room where the employee put holes all the way thru the wall into the other side leaving my wife to repair the holes. Unbelievably terrible company, I mean awful!!! Have I mentioned how worthless these people are? Use ANYONE else.
