I consider myself a lucky husband to a wife who is just as lovely inside as she is outside. As a grateful father of four, each child brings their own unique strengths and characteristics that make me prouder every day.

Throughout my years in this industry, I have gained insights into the HVAC sector in Tampa Bay and learned what customers want. When we founded this business, the name we chose was unmistakable. Integrity embodies what customers seek: honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness—all essential traits of integrity.

My upbringing instilled in me the importance of the golden rule. Empathy and integrity are as vital to me as water, food, and oxygen, making it essential to treat others as I wish to be treated. I observe these virtues in my children as they develop.

Myself, along with my partners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire Integrity Home Solutions family, eagerly anticipate fostering comfort and our namesake in many relationships, both established and new!

Integrity home solutions doesn't even deserve 1 star it's a field that had to be done to complete this review. Just to get the word out on Integrity home solutions being very dishonest and thieves. They over charge for their products they sale to their clients. Very unprofessional and rude to their clients. Please anyone who reads this post. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS IT WILL BE THE WORSE DECISION EVER!!!!

Don't use these people unless you like to pay heavily for poor service. Tech arrived and the first thing he said to me was it's an old system you need a new one. Didn't try to troubleshoot. When pushed he said, ""oh it must have a leak"". Asked him to check if it did, checked and ""Oh no it hasn't"". Again started saying ok I can work out the cost of the new system, which I obviously said no to. Offered to drain the water that had accumulated in the catch pan under the air handler and $257.00 later disappeared. Managed to get my normal AC company to come take a look the next day (Only didn't use them as they were super busy and the person in the house needed AC working quickly). Guess what all that was wrong was the drain was blocked, no need for a new system at all. Have called several times to talk to a manager and got no response. Look at the number of poor reviews......BUYER BEWARE.

Unprofessional, disorganized, poor work quality. They installed our AC unit in 2021, we have used they for electrical work and plumbing. Plumbing was the only thing that was descent. After a loyal customer for three years they hang up, blow you off, think an AC issue can wait until the next day or later when it is in the 90s. Had an electric box replaced without them pulling a permit first to find out after we had a tankless water heater installed that we couldn't have one because the electric supply coming into the house was not sufficient. so we paid for an electric box upgrade, and tankless water heater that we could not have and didn't need. So, we lost out on this deal. The water heater that was replaced was almost new. They made the mistake and the tankless water heater had to be removed and a smaller water heater was put in, no option given. Then they really didn't want to refund us the money for the tankless water heater, but eventually we received something. When we had lights put in our ceiling someone slipped and broke the AC handler pipe, and no one said anything, and did not know until my ceiling fell down and water was everywhere. Eventually they replaced the dry wall, not the insulation that was ruin since the water was building up for days. Today, I called because my AC is not working, guess I should have known, they want to send someone tomorrow when it is 90 plus outside. Then I was put on hold and when the person came back on he acted as if he couldn't hear me. Then my husband called and they did the same thing to him. very unprofessional. Lesson learned, don't give more than one chance to get things right. The choice is yours hopefully you have a better experience. (NEW PORT RICHEY)

Worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. Nightmare since day one. All electric managers and permit managers are "" we will take care of it "" and don't do it. Bad experience with Jim, no return calls and state they will get the job done on a specific day and none shows up. Save yourself a headache.

I have home integrity solutions installed my AC unit. I paid for plumbing service plan too. they sold platinum service plan, we paid 300+ last month. Now the AC is not working, they are asking us to pay. Every time I call them they charge a ton saying it is not covered. I don't understand what is covered.

This company knows NOTHING about "" Integrity "" . I made an appointment and was told the window would be 12n-4pm. 4PM comes along and i get NO SHOW and NO CALL. I call them and asked what was going on? The receptionist states the Electrician was running late but would still come. I then get a call 30 minutes later stating they had to CANCEL if i could reschedule. !!!!!! I lost this whole day waiting to get an electrical problem taken care of , to be able to place my house up for sale, and they didn't even show up, call, or apologize during the 12n-4pm window. NOR did they apologize after.

Booked an appointment over a week ago so i could schedule myself off of work and be home only to be called to reschedule due to emergencies because my air conditioning not working wasn't an emergency I guess. So here I am in a hot house but because I don't want to pay the additional $130 fee for an emergency my problem doesn't matter.

Buyer beware!! Buyer wanted a video check of the sewer line to make sure there was no debris or blockage in the line. Video shows line is newer PVC with no blockages. But wait, there are some places in the sewer line that has a little standing water. That must not be the right pitch, you need a new sewer line. They send me 3 estimates. 1 for just the sewer line, 1 for the sewer line and a new water softener and 1 for the sewer line and a nicer water softener. The current water softener is less than a year old. I've lived there 7 or 8 years with absolutely no sewer/drain issues. All 3 estimates say they're going to hand dig a 20 foot trench 5 foot deep to replace the sewer line and if they use an excavator it will be an additional cost. I may be wrong but I'm not seeing a plumber dig a 20 foot trench 5 foot deep by hand. And why would someone do that. And why would a company include a water softener in their estimate when all that was asked for was scoping the sewer line. I'm not seeing any Integrity here.

We paid over $10,000 to have a brand new unit installed by Integrity a little over a year ago. It started to struggle to maintain a cool temperature in the house in the hot parts of the day. The tech came ran water through the drain line (which didn't fix the issue) and said now we need to pay $1600 to have them re run the drain line that they installed. We called to try to talk to someone. We've called for the service manager multiple times and are always told he'll call us back. Someone from customer service text and emailed me but doesn't respond to my replies. Currently 80 degrees in our house. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
