Integrity Home Services focuses solely on the electrical systems of your home. This focus allows us to direct our training and knowledge towards making your home safe and correctly wired. We are here to explore all the solutions that fit your circumstances, allowing you to choose wisely. We offer transparent pricing; after inspecting your home, we give you precise estimates. We follow two fundamental rules: 1) all electrical installations must be 100% safe and meet code requirements, and 2) we strive to show our clients that customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. Our team consists of dedicated individuals who aim to exceed expectations. We have an apprentice named Lightbulb Leo who loves to replace burnt-out lightbulbs while working in your home. Originally, I established Integrity in California before moving to Spring, TX. After selling the rights to my clientele and contractors, I reestablished Integrity in 2015. Upholding personal standards is crucial in the electrical field, as much of our work remains unseen until issues arise. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not compromise our standards for expansion. When I mention ""we"" and ""our,"" I’m speaking about my team. They are personally invested in the company’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction. Such dedication is hard to find.

I was lucky to discover my career path early and have never looked back. I read extensively during my apprenticeship and put in countless hours. I wanted to lead jobs like the seasoned pros I looked up to, and that took effort. I was eager to test for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and did so with great success. As a young entrepreneur, I boldly opened my business in California, facing both triumphs and setbacks. The painful lessons I learned were invaluable and shaped who I am today.

Upon relocating to Texas, I took on a management role at another company, believing it would be my last. However, serious ethical issues forced me to part ways. I realized there was a significant gap in workmanship standards that had to be addressed. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. After 28 years in the field, I see this as my legacy.
