We have a team of committed professionals who go the extra mile. One of our apprentices, affectionately known as Lightbulb Leo, enjoys replacing burned-out bulbs for our clients. I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After transferring my client base and contractors, I relaunched Integrity in 2015. In the electrical industry, personal standards are non-negotiable since much of our work is invisible until something goes wrong. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not expand at the expense of our quality standards. When I mention ""we"" and ""our,"" I’m speaking about my team. They take personal responsibility for the success of the company and the happiness of our customers. This kind of commitment is not common.

I was lucky to discover my career path early and have never looked back. I read extensively during my apprenticeship and put in countless hours. I aspired to run jobs like the experienced professionals I admired, which required hard work. I was eager to test for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and did so with great success. As a young entrepreneur, I boldly opened my business in California, facing both triumphs and setbacks. The tough lessons I faced were crucial to my growth and development.

After moving to Texas, I managed another company, thinking it would be my final career stop. Unfortunately, ethical concerns arose, leading me to leave. I found a concerning absence of workmanship standards that required improvement. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. With 28 years of experience, I view this as my legacy.
