Our staff is made up of passionate individuals who are eager to deliver exceptional service. Our apprentice, Lightbulb Leo, takes joy in finding and replacing burned-out bulbs for our customers. I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After selling the rights to my clientele and contractors, I reestablished Integrity in 2015. In the electrical industry, personal standards are non-negotiable since much of our work is invisible until something goes wrong. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not expand at the expense of our quality standards. When I say ""we"" and ""our,"" I refer to my team. Each team member is accountable for the company’s success and our customers’ satisfaction. Such dedication is hard to find.

I was fortunate to find my calling early on and have never regretted it. I devoured knowledge during my apprenticeship and worked every hour I could. I aspired to run jobs like the experienced professionals I admired, which required hard work. I tested for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and passed with flying colors. I was a young, fearless entrepreneur when I launched my business in California, encountering both successes and challenges. The tough lessons I faced were crucial to my growth and development.

After our move to Texas, I became a manager at another firm, planning to end my career there. Unfortunately, ethical concerns arose, leading me to leave. I found a concerning absence of workmanship standards that required improvement. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. After 28 years in the field, I see this as my legacy.
