I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After selling the rights to my clientele and contractors, I reestablished Integrity in 2015. Maintaining high personal standards is essential in electrical work, as most of our efforts are hidden until problems occur. This commitment leads us to favor gradual growth. We will not expand at the expense of our quality standards. When I mention ""we"" and ""our,"" I’m speaking about my team. They are personally invested in the company’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction. This level of commitment is rare.

I was lucky to discover my career path early and have never looked back. I absorbed everything I could during my apprenticeship and worked tirelessly. I aimed to manage jobs like the skilled workers I respected, which demanded dedication. I took the California contractor license exam the moment I could and passed successfully. Though I was young, I was fearless and opened my doors in California, experiencing both success and failure. Those difficult experiences taught me lessons I wouldn’t trade for anything.

After moving to Texas, I managed another company, thinking it would be my final career stop. However, serious ethical issues forced me to part ways. What I discovered was a troubling lack of workmanship standards that needed to change. I relaunched Integrity, focusing on finding the right electricians, training them, and motivating them to achieve their aspirations in this fulfilling profession. With 28 years of experience, I view this as my legacy.
