Called them on three occasions. At each time, they were prompt in reply and scheduled a service call immediately. The first two times it was a small circuit breaker problem and the third was an upgrade of electrical service to 200 amps. On each occasion the workers were knowledgeable and efficient, and corrected the problem without delays. I will definitely call on them in the future for any electrical service needs.

Jerry, Sally, Aaron, Lee and team were great. Jerry, the owner, came out to do the quote himself which ended up being one of the more reasonably priced quotes that I received out of 6 different quotes. His communication was prompt, courteous, and detailed. His reasonable price was backed by very high ratings on both Yelp and Diamond Certified.

In terms of work quality, they sent out 2 people for the first visit and they were tremendously efficient combined with a great attitude. We found their attention to detail very high and they did everything they said they were going to do from their initial proposal and stood by their price even when confronted by some unforeseen challenges.

Overall, we found their service, work quality, and efficiency lived up to their high ratings and would definitely use them again.

I just recently hired them to install an outdoor outlet and lighting to show off a recently purchased water fountain.

The estimator came out exactly on time, gave me a proposal which was very acceptable, and did the work required. I believe his name was Aaron. He was very friendly and professional. While installing the outdoor outlet, he also changed a switch operated outlet so that it was always on and the switch was no longer necessary. Will call on them again for any future electrical jobs.

Integrity Electric has also earned a Diamond Certified Certificate Award.

I had an electrical outlet placed near a fountain with a wireless remote switch. In addition, I had some wiring rerouted and put in the wall for a TV in the bedroom. Sebastian was very responsive, timely, professional, and the installation was perfect. I even left them alone in the house while they did the work. You can really trust them. Highly recommend.
