My experience with Integrity Electric inspired me to write my first Yelp review.

From the beginning, it was clear that Jerry wanted to help me save money. He went to bat for me with the city of San Rafael to successfully get clearance on a permit that a city inspector denied per the ""books"".

Technicians Lee and Jeff replaced a 48-year old electrical feeder line into my condo unit through ceiling space shared with my neighbor without having to cut into exterior facing drywall. This was a wish against odds that Lee and Jeff made a reality through commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was delighted when the billing was complete that changes in the scope of work were brought through honestly and my final bill was a few hundred dollars less than I expected.

Bottom line: You are in good hands with Integrity Electric. I'm glad I found them!

I found Integrity Electric on Yelp - before they won Best of Marin - and met with Jerry about some work at my home. Jerry was really knowledgeable, mentioned items I needed to consider that other electricians had omitted.
The quote was really reasonable and his advice good. The work was exemplary, they cleaned up everything. I almost wish I needed more electrical work at the house.

Super nice people from the first phone call to the technician. When I called, the woman who answered was attentive and worked extremely quickly to figure out the quickest and most convenient solution for me. A tech was actually here within an hour of my call.

The tech was friendly, courteous, engaged in helping get to the bottom of the problem and efficient when he found it. He was totally up front and transparent with the billing and cleaned up after himself.

Easy to see why Integrity Electric is in the top of the Yelp heap for area electricians. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.

Love these guys. I called them for an estimate on a house I have in escrow and there were they were there next business day, right when I needed them. Jerry was their guy and he was awesome - warm, funny, knowledgeable, and turned the report I needed around within hours. I'd say they're true to their name. These guys are great!! We just relocated our office from San Rafael to Greenbrae and they did all of our data/telecom wiring at the new space. Short story: new house - new doorbell - new doorbell stops working - homeowner tries to fix it - random electrician tries to fix it - doorbell continues to be broken - many UPS deliveries missed due to said broken doorbell - last straw reached - Integrity saved the day.

I felt bad calling the pros with something so small, but they didn't mind and had the problem solved in an hour. Friendly, patient, affordable, great follow-up and now my doorbell works!

Had quite a few electiral problems and even though I know a lot about it I was stumped. I had a good experience from the very beginning with a pleasant crew who I interviewed to make sure they knew what they were doing. They looked over my house and found a hazard I did not even know about. I would recommend them to anyone.
