I ordered new LED under cabinet lights and a new connected dimmer switch through CityLights (the former) and online (the later). Innovator Electric's team made sure the lights would work in my kitchen and installed them perfectly. They kept the work area clean with drop cloths on the counters and floor. They took all their debris with them, leaving the room as clean as they found it. I'd definitely use them again.

Our experience with Innovator Electric was 5 star, from start to finish. The customer service provided from everyone from the owner, to the office and to Santiago & Israel, our two electricians, was superb. Santiago and Israel were professional, easy to work with and did an excellent job on our major bathroom remodel which included a new electrical panel, new wiring and the addition of new outlets in our 100 year old home. The City Inspector commented on the excellent job they did. My husband and I are grateful to have done business with Innovator; doing a major home improvement is stressful enough and when coupled with pandemic precautions, even more stressful. Relieved this part of the experience was essentially stress free! Thanks for a great job!

I would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Scheduled an ""initial visit"" for a ceiling fan to be installed. I had an email confirmation. It was a no call no show. I called to see what the issue was, and set up an appointment for the following day same time. Again no call no show. I called again, and was told they don't know what happened.

Please go somewhere else. My speakers that were installed for my rooftop were not working within a year due to improper installation and because they had not been weatherproofed. My other speaker installed in my roof fell off and broke. Again Luis was very hard to get a hold even when I was asking about replacement. I lucky have found someone to come and fix my issues for a fraction of the price

Luis's estimate was the lowest of the three we received for moving and upgrading our electrical service, but more importantly, his explanations of the process and knowlegde of the city codes gave us great confidence that the job would be done right. He met with us several times to make sure we knew what would be involved with the job in terms of opening walls and shutting off the power, and his team was quick and professional. We passed our inspection without any problems, and saw that in addition to putting all the furniture back, his crew had vacuumed the rugs! I highly recommend Innovator Electric and will use this business again.

Luis is a consummate professional who came to our home and explained what work needed to be done. He saved us a LOT of money simply by telling us it would be more cost-efficient to not hire him and do the work through our general contractor during our kitchen renovation instead. How many businesses do that, especially in these times?

Innovator is very professional, explains everything well and can deal with all your electrical needs. We started using Innovator on our SF loft remodel to install some colored LED lights in our kitchen and behind Shoji screens in the living room. Despite the lights being a little esoteric, Luis had no problems installing them. Since then, Luis has installed new power outlets, ethernet and cable, various low-voltage, fluorescent lights, bathroom fans,, and fixed several problems we inherited from previous work. If you want it done right the first time, I'd call Innovator.
