I had some electrical outlets moved in my home office and during this project, one of the electricians drilled into a drainage pipe from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. I wasn't going to complain because they had a plumber come out to fix this, however, there was zero communication between the administration here and it's contractors and/or employees. The plumber tried to charge me for the fix until I insisted this was on Innovative Solar Power to correct. They spoke on the phone after I insisted and it was taken care of.

A week later I finally had an employee come out to restore the electricity to the outlet and do the drywall fix. When the employee got here, he had literally no idea why he was at our house. Nobody communicated to him what the job was, it was very much an afterthought. So now, he restored the electrical and does a mediocre job with the drywall because ""he's not a drywall guy"". Now, I am going to have to spackle this wall, texturize it and paint it. The only reason I am now leaving this review is because of lack of thought and effort around doing quality work for a mistake this company made. I absolutely do not trust them to do quality work now and won't be using them next year for our projects as a result. I am likely going to have a new electrician come out just to re-examine the work done in my office. This whole experience was asinine.

The receptionist answered the phone right away. I told her about the issues with my solar system, she said no problem we have a opening tomorrow (today) at 8am. I was pleasantly surprised how quick they can come out. I made some arrangements so I could be here at 8 am. She said tech would text me. Never heard from him. 8am came and went. No problem, I know things happen... 9:30 I called to see if he's coming. Receptionist promptly answered and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Never heard another word. So beware when you make a appointment with these folks. Unless your retired and can just hang out on a Tuesday. They straight ghosted me. I'm out on them. I'll find someone else.

First any electrical problems or needs in the future Innovative Solar Power Inc will be our first choice. Eduardo is a true professional he installed a ceiling fan in our living room, there was no box or switch already there, all had to be installed, did a great job with no wall or ceiling touchup needed, he and his son were very polite, and friendly he explained everything they were doing. They made the installation a really pleasant experience. I would definitely ask for Eduardo again, our sincere thanks for a job well done.

They were a NO SHOW.

First the young lady/receptionist was very courteous and responsive. She scheduled the appointment. Explained the fee (69.95) for showing up and I agreed. An hour after the set time, crickets. No one showed up. I texted and she replied that a technician would be calling me. The technician did call , I heard kids in the background and he said it would cost me 195 dollars, sight unseen. 130 dollars more. So that being the case, I cancelled. If you have the resources/charges to pay for this type of varying behavior from 2 employees from the same company, good for you. Below is the actual message I sent to the young lady.

""Some guy called and didn't say anything about the showing up fee and quoted 195 for the install. Please cancel sending anyone. My review will reflect exactly that as well. You were very responsive, your techs have issues...""

They show up on time and give fair reasonable prices they completed the work in a reliable way my only complaint is that they didn't put a cover for an outlet outside I would definitely use them again

Mike and Pedro did a great job installing our EV charger. Mike was very responsive and thorough. Price was competitive and work was scheduled relatively quick. Would recommend.

I was pleased with the service. I had ghem come out to take a look at two outlets that were not working in the garage. As well as fix a few other outlets in the house. They needed to charge around $400 to run a test to see what was wrong with the outlets in the garage. And we're unable to identify the problem nor fix it. But they were able to fix a few other issues in the house. The electrician was friendly and approachable. But was surprised to find that he did not wear gloves almost the entire time. And I am almost positive he did shock himself at one point while working on an outlet. But again they got most of the work done. And were very friendly and were able to come out the next day.
