I never write reviews, but as a service to the public I wish I could leave zero stars so no one else gets ripped off the way I was. I don't think Anthony Aguilera is a bad person, but he is a terrible contractor--irresponsible, non-responsive, dishonest, and completely ignored our written agreement, then took an outrageous amount of money before disappearing after doing the worst possible quality of work. When he ghosted (as other reviewers have pointed out here) I had to track him down through mutual acquaintances who finally shamed him into contacting me. He then refused to fix the terrible cheap quality, warped and flimsy 'fence' he put up where there was supposed to be a double-sided, sturdy and high quality fence to replace my privacy wall. I won't go into all the other reasons to avoid this company. And unfortunately it wasn't worth my time and energy to pursue a lawsuit. But exposing him publicly is my way of warning others so they don't get burned. PLEASE save yourself the headache and the rip-off and go elsewhere.

This company was caught dumping construction debris (mainly lumber) today in my business private dumpster. Totally dishonest and disrespectful of our property. When confronted, the two men just drove away leaving our dumpster totally full.

I had a fence put in 2 years ago by Anthony. Fence blew down as he didn't put in concrete posts. 2 years and 2000 later as I have to have a real contractor fix and repair the 2 year old fence. Anthony put it in. This guy needs to be out of business. For those saying he does great work wait a a year of so and his terrible work will show itself. I reached out to him as well as his sister in law and sad to say he won't do anything. Time to go to court.

Anthony is professional, easy to get in contact with, does great work, and available even in short notice.

They have painted our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, assembled furniture, patched up walls, and other maintenance around our house. Highly recommend this company and grateful to have found a trusted handyman company in the area.

***update - I sued Innovative Repairs in small claims court and was granted a judgement in my favor. I then got a writ of execution and levied their business back account. The original $250 claim turned into a $400 bank garnishment for this business owner. It's laughable that Anthony Aguilera (business owner) replied to my post requesting documentation when he's been served with court paperwork previously by the LA Sheriffs as part of the small claims case (all of which he ignored). Typical of him to claim ignorance. He's still at it too with other clients as a few have been in touch with me voicing similar grievances. Beware and learn from my mistake. I won't soon forget the lessons I learned. NEVER AGAIN will I considering or recommend hiring Anthony Aguilera of Innovative Repairs.

I hired innovative repairs for drywall repairs. They were very quick to respond and came out to my property to provide me with an estimate. They did such a good job I decided to hire them to paint the whole interior of my house as well. Highly recommend Anthony and his crew. Will definitely be reaching out to them for future projects.

If I could leave half a star I would. 1 star does not do Anthony and his so called company any justice. He pushes all the work out to 3rd party people and then says they don't work for him when they do shitty work. I hired his company to replace my main kitchen line and 2 people arrived to carry out the work. They arrived at 11.30am and left at 4pm each day. It took over a month for them to do half the work. I got so fed up with Anthony and his team that I had to hire another company to come and finish the job. He will ask for a deposit, do barely any work and then ask for another chunk of money when the completion of work is at maybe 20%. When you try to let him know your displeasure on things and ask for money back, he then starts with the web of lies. He pretends like he has an ""office"" that he relays info back to but he doesn't. Just his way of acting professional. He was so shady with me that he delated his Venmo account after I tried to have money taken back from him and then he changed his number also. He said his office sent me a $1,500 check as a return for me paying another company to finish their job. That check never came of course. Anthony is about as shady as they come folks. Run from this man. DO NOT let him do any kind of work for you or anyone you know.

Dishonest business, will invoice you for work that was not completed. They will only admit fault when caught and will try to gas light you with excuses.

I needed a chord properly attached to my residence. Patrick from Innovative repairs came to my residence on the same day and got the job done correctly and in good time. I would use them again for difficult home repairs.

Utilized this companies services for many home repairs.
I would not use this company again.
The major issue were (1) Anthony's hired help and (2) Anthony denying he was responsible for their work. His employees said they would do certain work and they lied. Example of paint issues: they did not sand the oil based cabinet doors down for proper latex paint to stick and it continues to peel off; they were to paint the rooms including ceiling and the latter was omitted; Anthony asked for 5x more paint than was needed and I was stuck with excess plus the extra cost.
I requested the receipt for the new appliance so I could register the warranty and Anthony did not provide it which makes the high price very suspect.
