A friend referred us to Innovative Home Energy Solutions for a whole house fan. I called, and over the phone was provided more than enough information for me to decide I wanted the product and to select which product. In 2 days I had an installation - very professional, everything on-time, clean, and they even gave me a demonstration on how to get the most out of my whole house fan. It's really fun to use, especially when that sweet sweet cool evening air is sucking into our house through our windows. Rooms that used to be so hot at night while sleeping are cool now and everyone is comfortable.

Jumped on my inquiry about a whole house fan. Scheduled me for installation for a unit that they recommended for my house two weeks out. Did not come out to check out the house before hand. I took a day off work for the install. Two kids show up, go up in my attic, and then come down and tell me that they can't install it anywhere in the main part of the house because the unit is too big. This company owes me $650 for the time I took off work for no reason. Lesson learned...

I called and talked to Scott first. He explained what system would be best for our house and the remote control options. His installers, Peirce and Riley, showed up at the beginning of the time slot I was given and went straight to work. They worked with me on the placement of where I wanted the intake grill without hesitation. Super professional, honest, and friendly guys. I'm super happy with the fan and the installation process. This is my first whole house fan and knowing what I know now, I should have purchased one 20 years ago! I 100% recommend Scott and his crew to anybody.

The team at IHES was fantastic! Scott, Crystal, Peirce and Riley all great to work with. Peirce ( and yes that's how his name is spelled) and Riley came out to do the assessment and installation. Upon the inspection it was determined that my attic was to cluttered with wires, cabling and other ducts that they had recommend 2 smaller systems verse 1 larger system and that because of my garage attic design they could not install the attic fan that would perform it's function. They gave me a full and honest assessment before doing anything, I had them install 2 smaller units that were wired together so only one remote needed and they did a wonderful job and super kind and professional. Scott the owner and I had a few phone conversations to make sure I agreed with the recommendation that his 2 installers had discussed with me. I would highly recommend Scott and his team at IHES!

What can I say but WOW !! From the first call talking to Scott I knew these were the guys !! He was super knowledgeable about the product and explained it in a easy to understand manner. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered everyone of them. From there they scheduled my install. Then I get a call, expecting they were gonna push me out; I was shocked when they said we'd like to move you up.

The day of the install Elijah and Andrew showed up. To me early is on time and on time is late; WELL they were early (another star in my book). They were friendly and quick to come in and see the best place to install the system. Once they got the spot ready they were like a well oiled machine, communicating and working together. Keep in mind my attic had some obstacles that they easily were able to navigate and get the install done quick and clean. Speaking of clean these guys cleaned as they went so there was zero mess. They even installed an extra remote and the remotes were in perfect locations upstairs and downstairs.

I WOULD 100% RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY AND THIS INSTALL CREW !! I WILL BE SHOWING THIS TO ALL MY NEIGHBORS AS WELL TRYING TO GET THESE GUYS MORE WORK !!!

After putting off a whole house fan for 20 years..we finally found some good info from Scott.He really knows his products and explained in terms we could understand. Today 2 of the nicest and professional young guys Riley & Pierce installed our fan in less than an hour.
Wow! what a great cool breeze blowing in from any open window this morning. Can't wait to utilize our quiet cool fan in the coming days. Thanks again and we will be refer all of our friends & family in the future

I received quotes from (3) companies--the competition wanted to sell me a larger unit and move some of my can lights in my upstairs ceiling!! Brady from Innovative came out and was honest and reliable. I had the work done by innovative and Scott the general manager even took the time to follow up and make sure I was happy. I got the work done in August 2019 and it is working great-very happy customer.

We are getting a Quiet Cool whole house fan installed in about 10 days.
We are very impressed with this company so far & look forward to their great product. We learned about the fan at the San Diego / Del Mar Fair from a nice & helpful guy named Peirce. We had a follow up visit at our condo from very knowledgeable and also very nice young man, Brady.
Brady was very thorough & patient explaining how this fan would cool down our condo & he also checked our attic space, etc. to make sure we got the correct size fan for our condo size & needs.
