I would jot recommend this compan My parents who are very elderly had 4 outlets not working in their kitchen. This company sent a representative to their home and told them all their outlets were of low quality and should be replaced. He quoted them a price of $5700. The house is only 15 year old. We called another electric company and fixed the 4 outlets for $400. We have not had a problem since.

Would not recommend this place! I had an appt, called 3 days ahead because i had something come up. The appt was rescheduled from Friday to the next Tuesday. A technician was at the gate yelling at the old appt time. Then, while im waiting at the Tuesday appt time, i received a text saying they decided not to come out at all.

I contacted IES about some electrical issues in my new home. They were able to come within the week. Frank and Mike came and did an awesome job of installing a fan, installing remotes for two fans, correcting exposed wiring, installing new outlets, fixing non-working outlets and installing my Ring security device. They were kind and helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them again for all my electrical needs.

Had a whole house fan installed, along with 2 ceiling fans and they did an immaculate job. Even though I asked for the ceiling fans to be routed to a light switch at the last second, they had no issues adding onto the job. Rob, Kari, and their employees did nothing short of an amazing job throughout the entire process. Prices were great, they were on time, and finished quicker than I expected.

They were also able to quickly diagnose and repair a wiring issue we had as well. They kept their workspace clean and stayed until the job was done. What an interesting experience dealing with IES. We had an electrical fire and then they were called after the ""other"" 24 hour electrical company (that my wife scheduled) hadn't yet arrived. So I decided to call IES. I needed an answer quick.

They have a very friendly answering service. They also arrived faster than expected.

The IES Techs were very friendly and professional looking.

Then I received a call from IES and I had peculiar conversation with their boss Rob. Make sure you ask for him, he has ALL the answers. He was super quick to judge the situation, but they gave me a sticker. That made it better.

We wanted more lighting in our home. I asked the supplier who purchased a lot of fixtures and they told us about Rob the owner of Innovative Electric Services. Rob and his team were very professional and listened to what we wanted done. He came out and gave us the estimate for each fixture and each room with a discount if we requested most of work done at one time. His estimate was lower than our previous electrician. Thomas and his assistant were very polite, careful to be sure the lights were properly placed in the ceilings. They installed a lot of fixtures, changed out fans and ran a dedicated circuit to our microwave. There was a lot to do and they worked consistently for 3 days. Our family room has a 17 ' ceiling and like everything else they just looked at the job and figured out how it should be completed. After the job was done Rob called to be sure we were satisfied with the workmanship. My husband wanted the black wire under the kitchen cabinets covered (even though they are to 12V LED strip lights and not dangerous). Bob sent the workers out quickly and they were done within a short time. We highly recommend Rob and his team to light up your home!
