My daughter Nova is the driving force behind our business. Her birth was a miracle, especially in light of the difficulties her mother and she encountered during the Covid crisis. I found myself changing jobs frequently during the pandemic due to a lack of hours and financial instability. At one point, I was laid off while trying to find a stable career to support my family. I decided to take a step back and consider my options. What path could I take in these difficult circumstances? What would bring me joy so it wouldn’t feel like work? Then, the idea struck me: I would start my own business. I began small and gradually expanded each day. Meanwhile, our daughter was learning and growing. She began to talk and walk, and no matter the challenges, she persevered. She serves as my motivation, along with our family, which is why I incorporated her name into our business: IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).
