The heart of our company is my daughter, Nova. Her birth was a miracle, especially in light of the difficulties her mother and she encountered during the Covid crisis. During the pandemic, I changed jobs several times because of limited hours and financial challenges. I was even laid off once while searching for a career that would secure a future for my family. I decided to take a step back and consider my options. What could I pursue in these challenging times? What could I enjoy doing that wouldn’t feel like a job? Then, the idea struck me: I would start my own business. I took the first step and slowly built my business day by day. Meanwhile, our daughter was learning and growing. She mastered talking and walking, and regardless of failures, she remained determined. She serves as my motivation, along with our family, which is why I incorporated her name into our business: IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).

After working in several industries, I realized I needed a job that provided new challenges each day. Thus, I founded my own business, applying my skills, time, and dedication to craft a remarkable experience. There are many benefits to what I’ve built, including forming friendly relationships with my clients and meeting wonderful people. I am genuinely grateful to engage in work that I love.
