The heart of our company is my daughter, Nova. Her arrival was a true blessing, especially considering the challenges she and her mother faced during the Covid pandemic. Throughout the pandemic, I switched jobs multiple times due to insufficient hours and financial strain. I faced a layoff while seeking a career that would provide for my family and our three children. I decided to take a step back and consider my options. What could I pursue in these challenging times? What would bring me joy so it wouldn’t feel like work? It dawned on me that I could start my own venture. I started modestly and grew little by little each day. At the same time, our daughter was also developing. She began to talk and walk, and no matter the challenges, she persevered. Her resilience inspires me, as does our family, which is why I named the business IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).

I find fulfillment in making my clients’ ideas a reality and cherish their expressions of gratitude when we finish. After working in several industries, I realized I needed a job that provided new challenges each day. So, I established my own company, channeling my knowledge, time, and effort into creating an unforgettable experience. There are many benefits to what I’ve built, including forming friendly relationships with my clients and meeting wonderful people. I consider myself incredibly lucky to pursue my passion.
