This is the third time I've used the services of Dong and his associate. This time I had 3 exterior lighting and front of the house exterior outlet installed. As I have mentioned previously on my other reviews, Dong and associate did a great job.

I heard a ""pop"" when I turned off my ceiling light/fan from the light switch. Went to the circuit breaker and the switch for the light/fan and other areas was tripped off. After circuit breaker switch was turned back on, all other areas were turned back on except light/fan. I don't have the knowledge or expertise to troubleshoot it myself, so I thought I'd reach out to a professional.

Innovation Electric is as professional as they get. Dong stopped by and was able to determine that my wires were still good, but my appliance was shot. Since my fan was purchased less than a year ago, he suggested to check with the manufacturer since it's still under warranty.

The manufacturer was able to honor the warranty and I was able to exchange it for a replacement ceiling fan.

I was able to schedule with Dong a week later. He arrived with Richard this time and they were able to get my new fan up in thirty minutes.

Not only are Dong and Richard professional, but also very personable. I plan to contact them again in the future for any electrical needs.

I had some issues with installing a doorbell camera and could not figure out the wiring. Dong and his Assistant came out had it up and running in a flash! They also installed some smart switches I had been wanting to install! They are very professional and know what they are doing.
