The worst.

Called and spoke to a lady (Paula?) who was scheduling a consultation given my request to upgrade my panel as well a few other electrical needs. I was advised of availability during the later part of the week which worked for everyone. We confirmed the appointment and she asked if she could use the phone number I called in on to confirm once again the day before by texting me on it. To which I happily agreed.

Appoint day came along no text from the prior day and no phone calls for a no-show. Bummer. Had set up this time specifically and stayed home for them but I figured they must have been jammed up at another job.

Okay, two days go by no phone call or text.

Several more days go by, I receive a cold call from an electrician (owner) and he wants to see if I would send him pictures of the panel. He completely ignores the fact that a prior appointment was missed and zero ownership. He was pretty quick in brushing away the topic when I slightly graced on it.

Fine, I sent him pictures via SMS to an agreed-upon phone number. (same number he called me from)

Few days pass by, zero response. I gently ask if there was anything else needed. It's 4+ weeks now and it's pretty safe to say they give zero SH**S

Would have much rather they decline a job (if this were to be the case) rather than stringing a customer along.

I would not recommend Ingraham Electric despite all the glowing 5-star reviews.

Folks as such just don't care -- And I will never spend a dime or spend another minute again.

I rarely write such reviews but these guys deserve it.

Quote estimate was a show-stopper! WHOA!!! TWICE the price of other electricians in HMB and even outside HMB with travel involved!! PLUS, had to chase the estimate -- took them almost 2 weeks to quote. I expected much better customer service. People on the coast must be mad to pay their prices. PASS.

I had a microwave problem & the circuit breaker didn't correct it. Ended up with new microwave but still wouldn't work as was dedicated circuit that seemed to be dead. Thomas guided me through process on phone that corrected problem! Now have a new microwave that was not necessary, but acquired First Rate Electrician, Thomas, for future consultation before making rash decisions!

I had an issue with my circuit breaker and called Coastside Technical.
Coastside explained they don't do that kind of work and referred me to
Ingraham Electric. Turned out to be my lucky day! Paula at Ingraham listened patiently to my circuit breaker issue and troubleshooted with me.
She walked me through trying to reset different outlets and ultimately directed me back to the circuit breaker box and proposed a technique for
handling the malfunctioning switch. It worked! She accomplished all this
while I performed some bone-headed phone stunts! Paula has the patience of a saint and is obviously very tech-savvy! I would have happily paid for Paula's wonderful service but she insisted no payment was needed.
I have a project I need to have tended to and look forward to contracting with Ingraham Electric to perform the work!

We used Ingraham Electric to install our Tesla car charger, a track light for home theater, an additional quad box in our attic, additional high amperage breakers for the EV charger and motor home (our panel was old, but he found original correct brand of breakers). Fair prices and excellent work. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with my experience with Ingraham Electric. The rates were beyond reasonable and I have never seen a worker as conscientious and respectful to the property and the equipment he was there to install.
I wont call anyone else for electrical work from here on out.

I own a home that is old enough to need quite a bit of work, and have hired Thomas and his team three times now. I've never been disappointed, and feel better about their work each time. They're all personable and hard working, and value the quality of their work above anything else. Thomas has spent some real quality time estimating and designing each project with me, yet only charged me for the actual work he and his team did. I hired another, less expensive (hourly rate, that is)electrian before I found these guys, but ended up paying more for less: he wasn't as efficient or knowledgeable. These guys are both knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in what they can get done in an hour. At this point, I don't even waste time on an estimate, given how ethical they are: they never do more than I ask or is needed, and they'll always check with me if there's a question, or they encouter a change to what we've previously agreed upon. I fully trust that I'm getting full value for their time, especially since they all value coming in within the agreed upon estimate. Even with all the changes and additions I've made along the way, they've never been put off or failed to meet or come under the new estimate. They exemplify the phrase, ""A pleasure to do business with.""

I truly feel Thomas runs his business the way all businesses should be run, and feel his level of service, especially for the cost and quality of the work, is a real luxury.

I needed several things done around my house and yelped for electricians in HMB. This one came up and had great reviews....they were right. I left a message over the weekend and he called first thing in the morning on Monday. Came out that week and took care of all of my requests (5 in all) within a few hours...requiring replacement of broken lighting units, new fixtures put in both inside and out, new switches being put in and a complicated mess with wiring that my original builder had left me with. Great job....highly recommend.
