I started working with Sales Rep Gianni very close to the NEm 2 deadline. Gianni was very helpful and proactive to suggest the right system and explain recommendations about panels and inverters. Infinitum felt like a right choice for the config I was getting after talking to multiple installers. Infinitum completed the process smoothly for most of the part. All the reps were very responsive and helpful to explain things and accommodate my late requests for increasing panels / changes in layout. My install+ city inspection completed a couple of days ago and I can see the system generating good output. I will know if it is up to the mark or not as quoted by Infinium only after a few months of usage. There was a hiccup on the day of install when measurements didn't match the planned setup( which was based on previous in person measurements done by the technician). Technicians re-arranged the layone on the day of install and completed the install on the same day after my approval. Updates to the city permit were also taken care of by Infinium. Given more time I might have considered another layout which could have (possibly)produced a few kWs more, but that would have added more delayed so I went with what felt the best on the day of install. Overall I am satisfied with the project.

Infinium Solar did a great job on installing my 13-panel system with critter guard. Gianni, the salesperson, explained the factors to consider like warranties, degradation rates of the panels and microinverters.

We initiated the process near the last three months of the year and was able to get the installation process completed in plenty of time to be eligible for tax credits for the upcoming tax filing. The installers were friendly and professional.

My questions throughout the stages of the installation were promptly answered. Over the last month, my energy generation has been as advertised. I recommend this provider.

Infinium Solar did an outstanding job for a 14 panel Solar system on my house.
They were quick and were able to get the entire project done within the timeline they gave to me initially. Most importantly, i like that they are local to San Jose and have in house installers for electric and solar work.

Before starting with Infinium Solar, i was working with Project Solar (another company) who were not able to do any work in 8 months which was kind of disappointment for me.

Infinium team did an outstanding job from the initial estimate through installation, city inspection, and PG&E activation. My project took exactly 2 months from initial signing of the contract to PG&E Permit to operate notice.

Kenny Cheong was very professional during consultation and very knowledgeable in this field. Kenny recommended  high quality equipment (REC panels & Enphase inverters) during consultation. He stayed on top of my project by keeping me updated throughout the process.

This was my second solar installation, having installed solar on a previous home. I felt as a result, that I was better placed to select a solar vendor. How wrong I was, I didn't initially choose Infinium Solar, and I paid the price as a result. After 10 months of achieving nothing, I went back to Infinium Solar...

There's a few things to like about them. First of all, they are very transparent and the technologies they provide are at the top end of the efficiency spectrum. When I initially made contact I had some ideas as to how I might install, what struck me, was that Jeff L was extremely knowledgeable as to the complexities/benefits that might go with my proposed installation. I felt that as a vendor, they'll do what you ask, but they're going to help you avoid pitfalls....of your own making. If you care about things being done right, and having a partner who knows the industry well. These are the folks to go with.

In terms of pricing, thats one part of the puzzle. They're very competitive on panels, maybe a little pricier on batteries.

Project delivery. Awesome. I cannot say how impressed I was. From plans, and permits. I know you shouldn't smile, but their permit application was a thing of beauty...thorough, and so I had my panels installed, and passed city inspection a few days later.

All in all. I'd say I'm very satisfied.

Excellent company for getting solar installed. They're very quick to give me a quote to start the process. Gianni (sales agent) has contacted me within a day and did a free inspection of the house and gave me a lot of data on figuring out what system size to install and what options are available to me.

Once I've finalized the quote, they were able to install solar within a month. The operations manager and sakes person have been very nice throughout the entire process, clarifying any doubts I have.

I'd highly recommend this company for your solar installation. Excellent customer service.
