Responsive and thorough throughout the inspection. Cleaned up whatever little mess was made. During process Jonathan explained potential issues on error. Efficient with tools brought, tightened a few things that were outside the issues. Unfortunately, it was not found the first time but upon returning, narrowed it down and fixed my issue. Quick friendly and responsive and adhered to house request. Job well done, definitely recommend and will be utilizing them for future builds/request

i needed to have a 220 outlet installed for my electric stove purchase. james face timed me to visualize the working area and was able to give me a quote right away. his son jonathan and a young man duncan came to do the install. they had manners kept their work area clean. they even noticed that my electrical box that i had installed by another electrician was done incorrectly and these guys fixed it. james came by shortly after to make sure everything was going well with the job. all 3 of them seemed quite personable and easygoing. thank you again for your service. and i have to say their price was very competitive compared to the other quotes we received.

I own a property management business and have all kinds of electrical service calls, repairs, troubleshooting, and new panels that need to be done all the time across the IE. We call Infiniti probably weekly and they have done over $100k worth work for us over the past few years and each time the level of service is incredible. They respond fast, our tenants are always happy after they leave with everything fixed, and their pricing is more than fair. We don't call anyone else.

Very knowledgeable about the needed upgrade to my panel. I have a kiln that I need to run for my business and my current set up had many problems. Jonathan showed up on time to check out the situation and determined I needed a 200 am box. A couple days after my quote they scheduled the work. They showed up on time efficiently changed out the box. Everything runs great. Prior to leaving, they had me turn on the kiln and everything else that was electric and tested the amps being used and determined I was safely upgraded. (The original kiln hook up was never tested at length) They also caulked around the box and asked me if I had any paint to touch up where the old box was. They also cleaned up and swept all the debris from the work. I am so happy to have found them and plan on having them install extra lighting and also referred them to my girlfriend who has a mystery electrical issue that I'm sure they will be able to address. They are hugely knowledgeable and were very patient answering all my questions.
