Freddy at Infinite Electric is fantastic! Goes the 2nd mile in being responsive, fast to come out (he came on a Friday and returned on a Saturday bc our AC needed his expertise to restore AC in August) experienced, knowledgeable and professional yet friendly.
We were referred to Infinite Energy through our Home shield warranty, and we had prompt, friendly service. Mr Dunkers went above and beyond to ensure that the electrical issue was resolved. I even asked for his business card as I was so impressed, so that I could refer to neighbors and friends should they need an electrician.
I had a scheduled appointment with Infinite Electric, Inc and they were a no show. They did not respond to my call or text when I inquired to see if they were still coming. I missed time from work, waisted gas to drive to the property needing the work, waited over an hour, and days later I still have not heard anything from them. Very unprofessional.
