I was having issues with lights dimming then going bright and other weird power supply issues. Miguel was very quick to respond, he made it to my house and in about 10 minutes identified the underlying issue. I'm very grateful for him coming as the underlying issue was a safety related issue and if it wasn't identified then who knows what could have happened. They responded quickly. Many electricians charge for coming over and assessing your project, which is understandable. But INE didn't. I think the rate for work was definitely under the average electrician charge. I would definitely recommend and use again
