If you need any electrical work done this is the man to call. Scott is very professional, everything is neat as a pin and done perfectly. I've had him do several jobs for me and I'm extremely happy.

Overall, poor. Charged for an estimate even though I committed on the spot to having the work done. When they returned to do the job they were an hour late without so much as a courtesy phone call to let me know. The electricians that were sent out were courteous and professional. They did not accept payment at that time but rather chose to bill me. When the bill arrived it was twice the amount quoted, plus I was charged for an hour for the estimate as I wrote above. They are terrible at returning telephone calls. I finally paid the bill in full and included a letter listing the reasons for my disappointment and dissatisfaction. Not so much as an acknowledgment other than depositing my check.

Fast forward a few months and I had an issue involving the work the had installed. I did reach out to them, but with phone calls going unreturned I called another electrician. As he opened up the junction boxes he told me that the wiring was done incorrectly.

You can be sure I will never have Indian River Electric Contractors do any work for me in the future.
