We know most peoples concerns are health safety and these two did just that. They worn masks and were very respectful of space. Super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They checked all the wiring and confirmed wiring was done correctly then moved on to my actual project of getting electric in my closet to charge the vacuums. Thanks guys happy holidays.

I had I around to get estimates and this company took the time to come and to provide the estimate. After receiving prices from other companies without seeing my home, I hired independent electric to complete a panel upgrade after having some electrical problems. They also installed under cabinet lights in my kitchen. Communication was clear from the beginning. Workers arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done. I will hire them again when I need any electrical work done

Had a small job of replacing our kitchen ceiling light switch. The quoting process thru Yelp took a few days but once repair work was ordered, Mark very efficiently made the appointment and completed the repair timely. Mark is friendly and professional, and not only replaced the switch but upgraded it too. I would call on his services again.

I don't feel I can fairly rate the cost because I don't know the market. Was definitely satisfied with the service.

This is a local company that is independently owned and is incredibly responsive. I had an outside lighting issue and I had tried for a few days to climb up and fix it. I knew the issue and was doing the right things but it wasn't working. I was also stumped by my outside timer even though I thought I had done the right thing it didn't seem to be picking up the new time and setting. For security I needed this fixed and I requested a quote. I had a quick response from the owner and after asking some questions offered to send someone the same day at the end of the day! Needless to say this was fixed easily but so nicely and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone with a large or small electrical issue. I will be recommending them and calling them for my next issue, which will hopefully be more substantial and lucrative for them. Independent Electric and independently owned businesses are the heart of communities. Thank you!

I had a GFCI outlet that was flashing red and needed it fixed right away. I found Independent Electric and contacted them for a quote. Mark was knowledgeable and had a nice manner about him. He had an opening and was able to come the next day. Within 15 minutes the job was done. Thankful for his responsiveness and professionalism. Also, his pricing is reasonable. I would call Independent for future electrical issues that come up!

Mark and his colleague came by to repair some receptacles that I thought were damaged. Turns out they were just switched off. He switched those receptacles back on and checked a few other items that were in the inspection report that I never got around to fixing. Since nothing was broken they didn't charge me anything for their trouble and they were cool about it. I appreciate the help and will be calling them for my future electrical needs.
