Don't call these con artists. I called and was told a time technician would arrive with a 4 hour window guy was late with no communication about the late arrival. I needed 2 outlets replaced the first quote they gave was 800 and I said no then they said we'll work with you we can do it for 700 still a hard pass the technician would go outside and speak in Spanish so you can't understand what is being said this kept going on till it got down to 400 which I still declined . They play their little game trying to see how much money they can get you for . I found a company that charged 25 per outlet do your homework and don't call these crooks.

Found them through Yelp, they were prompt in responding to my messages. I ended up waiting a few weeks to call them to set up the estimate. When I called the estimate was scheduled within days (not immediately due to my schedule).

Estimate given was fair, they did not try to upsell anything. It took about 2 days for me to get the estimate, and I called a few days later to schedule the work. They were about a week and a half out. They arrived on time to do the work, and it was done quickly.

Paying was seamless, they email a bill at the end of the service and you pay online.

I called Marco, the owner of Inception Electric because the outlets in the living room, dining room and bedroom don't work. Marco sent his electricians Julian and Abel to fix the problem in no time, they were courteous and professional.
I highly recommend Inception Electric. Whenever I have electrical problems, he never let me down. Their response time is always fast. You can count on them.

I need to replace old aging exhaust fan in both my bathroom, inception respond fast and schedule at my convenience. Two electrician show on time on the schedule day. They check out the area and get the right fan. They finish all work less than 2 hours. I would recommend inception if you need
the job done right.

Called Inception to take care of an electrical issue at our Townhouse rental. Julian was out the very next day and traces the issue to a GFI receptacle in the garage. Done are my handyman days. I may have figured out the issue in my own however the time would have been much longer. This FFI in the garage linked to an outlet inside the house. No wonder this company has five solid stars!!

Fast, friendly and reasonable! My family and I purchased a solar panel over a year ago and it has been giving us problems. Out circuit breaker pops every 5 minutes after 7pm. Got in contact with the solar company, got nothing but the run around. I finally said EFF this and finally gave in called Inception Electric and they figured out the problem within 1 minute. They said the breaker was sensitive that's why it kept giving us issues. They switched out the breaker and it was all done in less the 30 minutes.

Called Inception Electric for a Panel upgrade. Marco and his team are awesome, gave me a quote scheduled the installation. They do Great work, just look at the finished results. I would Highly recommend them to family and friends for all our electrical work.
