Hi there, and we appreciate your interest in In Phaze Electric Inc.

I am Tony Taylor, the CEO of In Phaze Electric Inc. I launched this company in 2009 and have taken great pleasure in serving our clients with electrical services throughout Central Florida.

My fascination with electricity began at the young age of 8 after a shocking experience with an outlet in my bedroom. I began with car audio and attended technical training in high school in Missouri during my junior and senior years. I gained further electronics and avionics training in the US Navy, accumulating 23 years of experience in various areas of the electrical field. My experience spans from design and engineering to wiring custom homes and even hanging ceiling fans.

Made and appt and he came out. Gave me and estimate said he couldn't do it for 2 weeks. Then the appointment time finally gets here and it was raining earlier that day so he said he was cancelling due to rain coming. We all know Daytona it blows over most of the time which it did. Not a drop the rest of the day. Then he rescheduled me for Saturday. My day off and then cancels on me again. If you don't mind waiting months to get your job done then chose these guys. I even bought supplies that he requested that I am stuck with now. Customer service is dead.

Called them to do some minor electrical work around the house. They sent an electrician out to give us an estimate on the work. I am still waiting for the estimate. No call, no email, no text. I tried calling them but time after time you will only get a voicemail for the receptionist nicki. If this is any indication of how they respond then no thanks. The are far too many electricians out there that want business, apparently they don't need it. And thanks for wasting my time!

This is the second time I have hired In-Phase. The work and people are very good. Prices are much better than most. Scheduling needs some work, but in this area where good contractors are are to find, they are worth the wait.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Peter Ramos today from In Phaze Electric. I am in the process of buying a home that had just gotten updated electrical work and Peter made sure everything had been properly fixed and updated. I much appreciated his honestly and coming through even though we ended up not needing his service. Thanks again for your service. We know who to call in the future :-)

After I paid them for the majority of a project, they would not come finish the remaining electrical trim work and the left a handful of loose wires hanging out of the walls.

They have missed the last two scheduled appointments and have delayed the rest of the trades 4 weeks now.

If you use them be wary not to pay them more than the deposit until the entire job is completed. They have cost me close to $1000 in delays.

In Phaze Electric was referred to me via Lowe's suggestion of Porch.com. I was called immediately on a Friday in need of an electrician and was scheduled for an appointment in my home the next Monday between 1-3pm. The electrician never showed up so when I called the office the guy that scheduled me said ""oh I'm sorry but the electrician could not make it and I am so busy with phone calls that I forgot to call you."" I am not able to use the electrical line that my microwave and stove is on because of damage to the wiring discovered by a Lowes installer of a new microwave oven until I have it evaluated and possibly repaired by a professional. Do not use this company as they are not at all reliable or professional!!!

I set this service up thru home advisor. I was called promptly and the estimate/Work appointment was scheduled with a two hour window. Even though I called near the end of the window that the electrician had not arrived, I did not get a call until the following morning from the electrician who offered no reason for missing the appointment. I did agree to reschedule several days later and again he did not show with no communication as to why even tho I sent a text advising no arrival. I wasted four hours waiting to have the worked performed. If you are looking for a reliable and prompt contractor do NOT use this company. I'm going elsewhere to get my project done.

Took advantage of a ceiling fan installation deal they ran to swap out a broken fan in one of our guest rooms. The electrician showed up on time and got everything completed for the price of the deal. He did state he ended up spending a little extra time due to some old wiring in the room, which wasn't an issue for me. Fan works great and the price was great.

These guys are fantastic!! I had a difficult time finding an electrician that would even call be back to quote my job but they returned my call within the hour. Keith was the electrician that ended up coming out to do our quote and work and he was very knowledgeable and the cost was very reasonable. He arrived right when he said he would and kept good communication with me throughout the whole process. They have great customer service. Highly recommended! I'll def be using them for any future projects.

I ended up using this company and then using another company to fix the issues. It was hard to get them to come and then they came after the scheduled time.

The guy they sent was new to the company but I think he was new in general to the business so maybe that was the issue. He came out, told me the whole house needed to be rewired, then when I said there's no way I can afford that, he changed it to say just the bottom of the house needed to be redone. Then he was calling the owner directly because he didnt want to call the company itself. He didnt want me to talk to the manager or whoever the guy answering the phone was and said the owner was better? This was all because the lights weren't working in the kitchen and garage. He replaced the breaker. He said he replaced the kitchen wire and left.

A few days later the lights went off again and I could not open the box to flip the breaker because the guy hammered it shut. Yes, with a hammer without telling me he was doing so. The top of the box is bent now. So now i had no lights and they had no availability to fix it. You would think they would prioritize me since the dude hammered it shut and I couldnt even get a light in the kitchen going because of his bad decision making. Plus, from the way the guy was talking it sounded like I would be charged again since he said, ""it looks like we need to do more investigating.""

I had Light Em Up electric come again. They charged half the price, stayed longer and talked me through the issue. They said it was a cheap breaker the guy put in and that the guy could have used a wire to close the box instead of hammering it shut. It ended up that the electric water pump I had was on the fritz so I had that replaced. So it wasn't that the wiring wasn't grounded. In the invoice they emailed me, they said it was loose connections in the kitchen when really it was wiring in the ground by my electric water heater.
