I've used In Phaze Electric in the past and was satisfied with the work that was done. I called them again when we had another issue. This experience was totally different. First, they cancelled the appointment. Then, when they did send someone out, a light trim that didn't match the light right beside it was installed. Also, after cleaning up the mess he left, I found that he broke a large chip out of my granite countertop.

If you want them to take down the WRONG address, have Keylin show up at the WRONG address, NOT CALL, TEXT, OR EMAIL when at the WRONG address (which was next door to the correct one); however, will LIE and say that Keylin did call and text, and then have Erin NOT APOLOGIZE for completely WASTING YOUR TIME or OFFER TO REMEDY THE SITUATION in any way then this is the company for you! Not for me...EVER!!!

I hired In Phaze Electric to perform rewiring related to a light kitchen remodel and had a 3-5pm visit window. The technician sent a text message that he was running a few hours early, so I went home early to meet him at 1pm. He never showed, never called, and I later found out that he left a card on the neighbor's door instead of mine.

At 2:30pm we called In Phaze to see what was going on, and they told me that the tech should arrive around 3pm. At 4:30, we called In Phaze again, and Erin picked up the phone. She was completely rude and unprofessional and did not offer to remedy the situation at all. She said the tech tried to call (he never called) and said it wasn't her problem - What? She said the office closed at 5 and would be closed on the weekends, and made NO attempt to remedy the situation or apologize.

I wasted a full day of my life waiting around for an electrician and got attitude from Erin instead of any semblance of customer service. I would not recommend them to switch a lightbulb, much less do substantive work. Highly unprofessional, rude, and a total waste of my time. I partner with contractors and trades all the time and have never had such an unfortunate experience as I did with Erin and In Phaze Electric.

These guys are great - very reasonably priced and professional!! They replaced several ugly flourescent lights with new modern fixtures in addition to installing a light dimmer and replacement switches. Would highly recommend!

I would recommend In Phaze and will be using them for my electrical needs going forward. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I dealt directly with Kaylen for setting up the job and Joe as the electrician. I had great experiences and will be booking with Joe when available for future projects.

My project was for installing some ring cameras and lights around the house. We ended up having issues with the products Ring sent and their install. In Phaze worked with me as I worked with Ring to get the right parts in, which took over a month, due to Ring issues. Once I had the products in hand they were out within a week and had them installed. Joe worked with on the best install points and setup of the cameras and lights. I'm def happy with how the project turned out. On the business end Keylan worked with me on fair pricing, esp considering they had to come out twice for installs with the issues we experienced with Ring.

John from In-phaze Electric was incredibly knowledgeable, was able to troubleshoot a major and dangerous issue and take the steps necessary to make sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend In-Phaze if you need an electrician. He made sure that although they were busy and fully booked, he was able to find the appropriate resources and adjustments to make sure my family was safe and the issue was resolved as soon as possible.

I used this company in 2014 to install some lights in the bonus room. Everything was done in an excellent way. Unfortunately one of the metal hooks that was used in the ceiling to hold the pool light in placer, broke and the pool light fell down, no damage fortunately because of the electric wire held it just above the pool table. I called them and asked them if they could fix this and install better more trustworthy hooks. They came out a few days later and only charged me a nominal fee for the fix.
So I am quite happy with this company. Even though the initial installation was done 6 years ago they stand by their work. Thanks!

Terrible electrical company to work with. The owner, Tony, only cares about selling you his works but he does not follow through his words. His contract says permitting fees are all included in the price Tony quoted, but he denied to pay any permitting fees. Now, they were just done rewiring the whole house about 2 weeks ago, and the lights lost powers because they did rewiring incorrectly. We have contacted the owner of In Phase by email and phone, but no responses so far. Stay away from In Phase Electrical!
