Sure hate to leave a review like this but I feel compelled to share my experience. I reached out via email to schedule an appointment and Laurie responded. Honestly, it's because of Laurie I decided to go with a different electrician. Laurie was quick to schedule my appointment but then no one showed up. Nobody reached out to tell me the appointment was canceled, so I reached out to see what was going on. No response. The next day, Laurie emails to schedule an appointment as if nothing ever happened. There was no apology or explanation, just a new day and time. Within an hour, I get a call from the electrician saying he's in my area even though my appointment is for tomorrow. He came back as scheduled and provided a quote that was way too high.

I take great offense to my time being wasted and this company just seems to be chaotically unorganized. As I said, I went with a different electrician who was straight forward, kept our appointment, and did high quality work for a reasonable cost.
