TERRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE PLEASE, STAY AWAY! Honestly, do not believe the ""5-Star Reviews"" (seriously Yelp what is going on here?) Ben and his company are dishonest scammers and that's putting it very very diplomatically. Ben gave us an estimate to remove old Knob and Tube Wiring from our house (a dangerous safety hazard). He charged $95 just for this estimate and then didn't show up to remove it until a month later! But, here's the important part, Ben sends his worker out to do the work, and he says yep, knob and tube removed, see ya! But when we looked in the trash can, there was no knob and tube in there, just some stray electrical wires from the house (see pics below). Ben does not return phone calls regarding issue, then lies and said it was removed then says he won't remove it anyway. Let me be very clear on something if you are considering an electrician and reading this review; Ben was perfectly fine and willing to let us think our knob and tube wiring was removed while knowing that it wasn't. This is a massive safety issue, feel free to look up knob and tube if you're not familiar. Someone who is willing to put a family in that kind of danger lacks serious morals and cannot be trusted on any level for any manner of electrical work. Please stay away from this guy, trust me, this company should not be licensed to do work in the state of California and I am currently contacting them to see if he actually is. Thanks.
UPDATE: As other 1-Star Reviews have noted, Ben's responses to customers legitimate concerns, is to lie - again, a behavior that speaks very clearly to his character and trustworthiness as an electrician. The worker he sent took everything he pulled from below our house and threw it in our Recycle Bin... unfortunately none of this was the actual Knob and Tube they were contracted to remove. Any electrician reading this will know immediately those wires are not knob and tube, In-N-Out Electric tried to take advantage of our lack of electrical knowledge and it really makes me wonder whats behind the walls of some of these 5-Star reviewers homes... anyway that's it, take this information and make your decision, you were warned.

I needed some substantial electrical repairs in my home short notice. In-N-Out was able to send a crew the next AM. I was relieved to see the this company sends out fully equipped service trucks. Anthony and assistant were easy to communicate with at every step of the way. The job was completed exceeding my expectations and priced fairly. This means they had all the right equipment, skills and liability insurance to give me confidence in recommending them to others and I will not hesitate to call them back. Beware of service people working out of the trunk of their cars with no proper business card introduction or qualified skills. They are here on Yelp!

Just wanted to post a quick review...my circuit breaker needed to be replaced and this company made it so easy for me! Anthony was the electrician who came out, did trouble shooting and replaced the necessary part for an affordable price. I would highly recommend them, great service with a smile. Five stars for sure!

Anthony and his team were dedicated and efficient, we were very pleased with their work! Especially with Anthony, you can tell he takes pride in helping people, is passionate about his job and doesn't call it a day until he makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Than you so much!!!

I had an electrical problem that was seemingly coming from my air conditioning blower thermostat. The AC company had come already, charged me $160 to tell me there was nothing they could do because the thermostat was receiving no current and that the issue was from the general electrical board for my unit. I realized afterwards they had only checked the thermostat, not the electrical box of the blower.
I called In-n-out Electrical and Ben came the day after, and on time.
He checked the general electrical board and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Since he didn't want to just leave and charge me for nothing (like the AC company had), he suggested he'd take a look at the AC blower and try to find its electrical box.
He found it, checked inside and it turned out the issue was coming from an AC blower burnt fuse. The AC company had not done their job!
Ben was nice enough to go out and buy two new fuses to replace them on the AC blower, and it worked again right away.
It saved me the pain of having to call the AC guys again to come and check on that unit, not even knowing if they would even find the issue or not.
Ben was a life savior that day and the price he charged was very reasonable. $185 for labor and travel, $180 for parts.
I would definitely recommend In-n-out Electrical.

Thanks Tony and Vlad!
If you're looking for a great electrician - this team is it. They came next day after I called for appointment for installation of two chandeliers. Very responsive on scheduling appointment, timely and professional, quoted prior and again onsite for adjustments. Great service and fast. Will definitely use them again.

Great on the phone and very communicative regarding needing to push back the estimated arrival time. Guys showed up and completed the work (light fixture installation) quickly and educated me a bit on the process (someday I'll roll the dice and attempt my own minor electrical work). Will happily use again in the future.

Ben literally saved our Thanksgiving but coming and fixing our outlet that blew out. Fast and reliable service. Educated me on the process and explained all the charges, etc. highly recommended.

They were fantastic. Needed some motion lights installed and they did it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for everything!!

$350 for 25 minutes of work. Ben installed a flimsy plastic cover on an incandescent light instead of the glass cover it comes with. This is a fire hazard. The work he does is careless, be careful. Truly consider hiring someone else for the safety of your family and home.
Updated:
His response left here is a complete lie. I have security camera footage to prove they were not in the house for an hour as he stated. And yes, the light does come with a glass cover that is correct, but the old plastic cover that came with the old led lights was installed instead of the correct one. I have witnesses to prove this as well. It was a big mistake that could have easily caused a fire. And maybe you shouldn't be so ""fast"" if you can't do the job correctly and safely.
