I am so pleased with the service we received from this company. Gustavo was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable.

My mom's home had several outlets that were not working, including all of the ones in her bedroom. I called on a Tuesday and Gustavo and another worker showed up on the next day. They went to work right away and figured out that the issue quickly and repaired it within an hour. We also had another issue with the refrigerator not running unless it was set to the highest cold level, which resulted in food freezing. Though we all thought it was highly likely it was the fridge that was bad, Gustavo was happy to take a look at the electrical outlet it was plugged into and discovered the polarity was reversed. He fixed that and now the fridge works great, saving us from buying a new fridge. Hooray!

Their rates were very reasonable and there was no pressure to try and upsell us on repairs to Mom's home, even though it is an older home 1960 and could use some upgrades. So for a third of a price of buying a new fridge we got my mom's power restored in her room and a few other places in the house and the refrigerator working again.

I highly recommend this company and have high praise for Gustavo, who was courteous and professional. We will definitively be using this company going forward for all our electrical needs.
