I found IN-N-OUT ELECTRIC through yelp and couldn't be happier with my service. I called on a Friday for help with rewiring my doorbell to another wall so my Ring doorbell could get a clear shot out to the street. Ben came out on Monday and took care of everything; he even stayed later than he should have to help troubleshoot my Ring set up. They were prompt, kind, did great work and tidied up after themselves. We'll definitely be calling Ben and In-N-Out for future electrical work.

Just had a wonderful experience with In-N-Out. Called for a quote to have a ceiling fan installed & they were here the next day to handle the job. They even caught a faulty light switch as they were leaving and changed it for less than I had been quoted in the past. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I called In-N-Out on a Wednesday about doing some recessed lighting, expecting them to schedule me for at least a week later. Ron and his crew were here less than 24 hours later, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me the info for a guy to patch and paint, saving me some research time. I found IN-N-OUT Electrical through Yelp and was impressed by all the great reviews. They did not disappoint! When I called to ask about installing ceiling fans, Ben returned my call very quickly. We made an appointment for the very next day for him to look, give me a quote, and start work if I was happy with the price.

Ben and Joe arrived within the time-frame they said they would. Ben broke down exact pricing with me so I understood exactly what they would be doing and how much everything would cost. After agreeing to the quote, they started work right away.

Everything was done efficiently and clean. I did not have boxes already installed for the fans so they had run wires and hook everything up. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was done.

Next time I need electrical services, I will definitely go to these guys again!

Called early Tuesday morning and was given a 2-hour appointment window for Thursday. On Thursday, with 25 min remaining in the window, I received a call from the technician indicating that he was ""running a little late,"" after which he asked if it were all right to arrive up to 2 hours later(!) than the end of the 2-hour window I'd been promised. He claimed he was in Orange County, and had ""just gotten stuck."" I'm sorry, but if you're in Orange County, you clearly knew you were going to miss your appointment long before you contacted me. Treating potential clients well is not rocket science; some people just act as if it is.
