He completed the work in a timely manner and he is a very personable gentlemen. You can rely on these folks to get the job done!

had an appointment today between 10am - 12noon. was told they would call me 30 minutes before to let me know they are on the way. at 11:45am i called because i hadn't heard a word. thomas answered the phone. he was nasty, rude and was yelling at me telling me i was wrong. i hung up, then decided to call back and cancel the appointment.

Totally unimpressed with the ""deer in the headlights"" look from the techs that came out for a ground fault that kept intermittently tripping a 20amp breaker. Checked smoke detectors & a couple outlets, then gave up saying intermittent shorts are hard to find, that'll be $99,goodbye. I called another outfit and when they arrived I mentioned in charge electric, they rolled their eyes & said there's one problem. Within 1 hr the problem was found to be a faulty GFI, problem solved. I wouldn't call in charge electric to change the batteries in a flashlight.

Kathy is always: friendly, helpful, and professional. Mike Dever and his crew did an excellent job installing an interlock kit to our circuit breaker box so that we can now run a portable DuroMax 12,000 watt generator as our backup power supply. Mike even installed the outside 50 amp receptacle in a specially requested location on the outside wall, which included drilling through 8 inches of solid concrete, at no additional cost. Mike came back per our request, and at a moment's notice, a few days later to confirm our test run was being properly performed. Everything runs GREAT! We had a problem with the GFI switch in the kitchen, an overhead light in the utility room and 2 overhead lights in the garage. I contacted InChargeElectric and made an appointment. Mike called to see if he could came earlier, which was fine with me. Mike reviewed the problems and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable, to fix the problems. Mile was very professional, efficient and did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend the company.

Called In Charge Electric for an estimate to hang a pendant light. Very professional sent an electrician out who assessed the situation, went home and emailed me an estimate of $369! Called Lenhart Electric who gave me an estimate over the phone of $90!! I scheduled an appt and was very satisfied with the service not to mention the PRICE!!!!!! .
