Chris has been visiting here for service on my 17KW Generac generator and has been the best of the best.
Having been in the service industry most of my working life, and eventually up to the Mgt. level I would have no hesitation to have hired to join our eleven other field specialists.

After a bad expeience with another vendor, I called Imperium Electrical. From the moment Anabelle answered the phone until the technician Chris left after completing the work on our generator, I could not be more pleased. Anabelle was wonderful in sending me the maintenance agreement, scheduling an appointment around my needs and acknowledging payment (which they make easy to accomplish). And when Chris arrived, exactly on time, he was a joy: personable, professional and clearly good at is job and insuring that my generator was not only in good working order, but also cleaned and working to specification. And their pricing was quite reasonable as well. I am pleased to say that not only have I found a company I trust with my Generac whole house generator, but I know who I will be calling if I need electrical or plumbing work around my home. And I look forward to seeing Chris in six months for our next prevenative maintenance. Imperium is what customer service and care should be but so often is not.

We had a problem with our air conditioner. Turns out it was a part on the generator. We called our usually company, but there was no answer. Concerned because our home was warm inside I decided to call imperium electric. He came highly recommended.
George took my phone call. Our friends told us how reliable he was. He was at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and now my air conditioner is on!!

Avoid this company!
The employee was either mentally ill or under the influence and took all day in an attempt to install simple chandeliers. He even assembled one cockeyed with all long ribs on one side and short on the other - squashed globe. There was damage to the fixtures also.
They attempted to charge tax on services which is not legal.
To make things worse, there was utter confusion in the office and told me last minute of extra charge.
The final straw was when the owner came to collect cash payment, he refused to give me a receipt. He then stalked me outside my home and was driving fast encircling many times. The ladies were frightened and called the police.
Finally, he sent a letter that he was suing me. The bill was a few hundred and all I wanted was a receipt. I wasn't even asking for damages. Just needed to warn others.

I'm new to Port St Lucie and needed an electrician. I found Imperium via Mapquest.
One day after my call George came out exactly when he said he would. He looked everything over and fixed it all in an hour. I was impressed with the quick diagnostic and repair in addition to a very reasonable price. My experience with Imperium Electric was great and George was a really nice guy.
