Incredibly kind and honest people! I went out of town and returned to find an outlet no longer functioning. When I spoke to Brian about the situation, he was so kind to troubleshoot my situation over the phone and correctly surmised that the malfunction was simply due to a switch we don't use being turned off. He could have easily taken advantage of our ignorance, though he instead acted in our best interest. I will be sure to work with them in the future! Thanks Brian!

Wow, Brian was a Godsend today. We called him because we had lost power in a back section of our house, but what he found was a greater problem--the ground wire on the service mast from Duke had become disconnected, and was a potential dangerous situation. He not only restored the power in the back section of our house, but he called Duke and reported the issue. A troubleman just came out to fix the issue and said that that disconnected ground could have wreaked havoc on our house if it wasn't taken care of. So grateful to Brian at Imperial to have had the knowledge and expertise to protect us from what could've been a disastrous situation.

I am SO glad that we found and hired Brian! I'm super picky I would recommend you stop your search and hire Imperial Electric. As first time homebuyers of an older home 3,000 miles away from most of our contacts, we have a ton to do and the process can be overwhelming when you don't know who to hire. Choosing these guys was the best decision!

I asked them to come out to remediate issues our inspector found during the buying process. They're extremely knowledgeable about their craft, friendly, easy-going and calm, easy to get a hold of and schedule with and honest. They found additional things our inspector missed that absolutely should have been taken care of (safety issues with old wiring!), but also were honest and fair about things that didn't need action and therefore saved us money.

Their pricing is awesome and absolutely fair. We're SO glad that we have our electrician for life should anything pop up in the future. Having them on your team feels like having a family member as your electrical expert. They treat you that way.

As someone who is hesitant to refer others because it's a reflection on me, I will absolutely be referring Brian (and his son Chris!) to all of my friends and family.

I'm in the process of updating my bathroom and I wanted my my vanity light to be updated before we made other dry wall repairs. I called Brian and mentioned the urgency and he come out the following day.

Unfortunately, the light i purchased was too small. Before he made any repairs he showed me the water pipe and location and that it would cause damage if he installed the original light I purchased. And it would be off centered if I still wanted him to install.

I ended up purchasing a new light and Brian came out a different day to install. I'm so thankful he recognized the potential issue before he installed the light!

If we ever need more electrical work...we will be contacting him!

Brian was referred to me through Home Depot, Being from out of town, I didn't know any contractor in Florida. This guy is the best, Very responsive, Friendly, Honest, Great work and More than fair prices. What else could you want.
