Frankie and his team of professionals ran the dedicated electricity line for my new hot tub today and did an amazing job. Upon arrival, I discussed some different options I was considering with him and he was extremely accommodating. They also moved all my outdoor furniture back and thoroughly cleanup up prior to leaving. The end result looks great and I can't wait to enjoy my new hot tub for many years to come. I am a retired property supervisor/maintenance supervisor. Over the years I have contracted with many many tradespeople. I guarantee these guys are the real deal.

The price was reasonable, the work was perfect, the cleanup up was immaculate and the guys were very punctual.

The work involved rerouting an electrical circuit. Instead of the usual practice of using a sawsall, drywall saw or claw hammer (all of which leaves a mess to patch) they used a circle cutter to make the holes in my drywall. When they were done they put in backer boards and installed the circles, patching done - all that is needed is some patching compound. There's more!

My chandelier had one light out. I told the guys to give me the bulb so I could get another one, on second thought I told them to never mind as I was going to replace the chandelier. When I walked back into the room the light was on, they took it upon themselves to repair the socket.

While these gestures may not seem like much to some people, they show where these guys hearts and minds are - they want to do everything possible to make their clients happy.

Francisco of Imperial Crown Electric is a top-notch electrician. After researching local electricians on Yelp, I contacted Imperial Crown Electric for a quote. Francisco responded promptly to my request and gave a competitive quote that beat out the competition.

I needed an electrician to install a hard-wired Ring Vídeo Door Bell after Amazon's contractor botched the job and threw in the towel. Francisco was punctual and efficient. He arrived in uniform and provided a business card upon arriving to verify his identity. After a quick assessment of my existing electrical, Francisco determined I needed a new transformer and an extension on some of our wiring. Luckily he had all needed equipment replacements on had and restored power to our old, outdated, non-functional doorbell wiring. Once Ring was installed we realized the actual Ring Video Doorbell was completely defective. Francisco spent nearly an hour on the phone with Ring headquarters attempting to resolve the problem. In the end, Ring needed to send a replacement for their defective problem.

Francisco came out a second time once the new replacement product arrived and completed the install without a hitch. I appreciate Francisco's level of professional and determination to see a project through to completion. Customer satisfaction is his primary concern.

I will definitely use Imperial Crown Electric for future home electrical needs. I highly recommend this business.
