They are timely, professional, and were extremely patient with our 1970's home that had some strange electrical issues. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Philip, I'd also advise that you set up a Venmo and charge $10-$20 for these types of situations where it's a simple fix, and you can give quick guidance. Just an idea!
